Perfect family holiday

Grand Confort Villa is the most perfect place we (family of five: two adults, three kids, aged 15, 12 and 10) have ever stayed. It's a two minute bike ride from the most glorious, vast beach and a two-minute walk from a fabulous fresh produce market and Carrefour supermarket. And right across the road is a bustling bakery for your daily baguettes and pastries. The house is wonderfully set up with sliding doors from every ground floor room onto a neat garden with decking, BBQ, a pear tree and herbs. We quickly got into a routine of shopping for bread, meat, cheese, fruit and vegetables before setting off on a bike ride around the island, cycling to St Martin (15 mins), La Couarde (15 mins), La Flotte (30 mins), Loix (40 mins) and St Marie (40 mins). And then in the afternoon we headed to the beach for a picnic, a sunbathe and a swim. It really was a blissful fortnight. We can't recommend Grand Confort highly enough.

Muy buena ubicación, casa muy amplia y equipada, muy cómoda. Ducha en todas las habitaciones, camas cómodas, cocina con todos los electrodomésticos. Eramos un grupo de 10 personas, y echamos en falta un servicio adicional, en la planta baja. Solo hay un servicio por planta, y para grupos numerosos se queda corto. Por lo demás, todo muy bien

Idéal pour se retrouver à Noël

Tout était bien. Les plus: immense pièce commune avec très grande table, tout le nécessaire pour les repas et en grand nombre, chambres avec chacune sa salle de douche, le sapin de Noël installé par le propriétaire, les commerces et la plage à proximité... Très bonne semaine chez Loic. La maison est spacieuse et très agréable , très bien située à 10 minutes à pied d’une belle plage et proche de tout commerce. Le marché quotidien de Bois Plage est un réel atout , la boulangerie juste en face idéale. Loic est un hôte disponible et très accueillant. Nous recommandons vivement et nous reviendrons !

Maison idéalement placée et très fonctionnelle et bien équipée. Vraiment une superbe expérience ! Deux bémols : pas de linge de lit proposé (à prévoir donc) et table du salon un peu collante (dû à la peinture je pense). Tout le reste est parfait y compris l'accueil.

Mer et commodités à deux pas...

La maison est très agréable,parfaitement équipée et fidèle à la description de l' annonce. Les 4 chambres avec salles de douches pour 3 et sdb pour 1 sont très appreciables surtout avec des ados! Le petit jardin est un vrai plus et est très bien entretenu. Le marché, le carrefour contact sont à 50 m, le glacier la Martiniere au bout de la rue est absolument à tester, les glaces y sont excellentes! La mer est également très proche de la maison. Le contact avec Mr Blin a été très chaleureux. Nous avons eu beaucoup de mal à quitter cette jolie region et y reviendrons très certainement ! Nous recommandons très chaleureusement cette location... Denis et Valérie.

Cette maison concentre tous les points positifs : hyper bien placée dans le village : une super boulangerie et une loc de vélos en face, une supérette à 2 min à pieds, le marché à 3 min à pieds. Une salle de bain pour chaque chambre. Une grande pièce à vivre conviviale. Un jardin petit mais très bien arrangé avec son olivier majestueux! Bref, je recommande !

La maison idéale pour un super séjour en famille

La maison est idéalement située, la disposition des pièces permet à chacun d'avoir son espace et les parties communes sont très conviviales. La décoration est parfaite, sobre et élégante, la cuisine est très bien équipée, il y a tout ce qu'il faut, la literie est très propre et confortable, Bref rien à redire si ce n'est qu'il nous tarde de revenir avec juste un peu plus de soleil !

Wir waren begeistert von dem Haus, seiner Einrichtung und der tollen zentralen Lage. Im Haus fehlt es an nichts. Ideal für größere Gruppen. Toller Garten. Sehr netter Vermieter. Er war sofort da, als es mal ein kleiner Problem mit dem Waschbecken gab und hat es in Ordnung gebracht. Wir kommen sehr gerne wieder und können die Unterkunft absolut weiterempfehlen.
