About this property

Quiet spacious house with air conditionning with private pool garden in village

In the heart of Minervois area famous for its wines, the village of Félines Minervois is near few hiking paths et biking trails. Cottage of 180 m² built with stones, with a large raised, flowery and enclosed garden of 600m² with its private small secured swimming pool. Its dimensions are of 5m X 4m with a depth of 1.20m, it is open from mid April to mid October. Between Carcassonne and Minerve, the house is comfortable for 8 persons but ideal for 6 persons.

On the ground floor, a spacious room with a large fireplace and a dining room, 1 double bedroom, a fitted and independent kitchen, 1 shower room and 1 separates toilet.
On the 1st floor 2 double bedrooms and 1 bedroom for children with 2 bunk beds, 1 nice and large shower room and 1 separate toilet. Air conditionning on these 3 bedrooms.
Small swimming pool (5 m/4 m) equipped with a pool alarm, at a unique depth of 1,2 m and open from mid may to end of september.
Views on the countryside and on the surrounding hills. Sorry pets are not allowed. Owners speak spanish.

Charges to be paid locally :
Compulsory final cleaning at 80 €,
Heating and air conditionning and electric heating compulsory according to consumption displayed on the meter at 0.25€/kwh the year around,
Kit comfort including bed sheets rental + 2 towels + 1 large swimming pool towel pool for 15 € / person, to be ordered before arrival.

Haus mit schönem Außenbereich

Alles prima, schöner weitläufiger Garten mit kindergerechtem Pool. Netter Empfang durch die Gastgeberin. Kleiner Laden und Bistro befinden sich in fußläufiger Umgebung. Haben unseren Aufenthalt sehr genossen. Guter Ausgangspunkt für viele Ausflüge (Gorge de la Cesse, Gorge du Brian, Minerve, Carcassonne, Kanufahren...)

Super séjour en famille avec un très bon contact sur place. Pascale a été arrangeante sur les arrivées et les départs et nous a même trouvé une baby-sitter! La cuisine extérieure est un vrai plus dans cette belle région. Je recommande les yeux fermés!

Maison et jardin magnifiques ! Elle est spacieuse et très joliment décorée. On s'y sent bien tout de suite. On est chaleureusement accueilli par la propriétaire qui sait se rendre très disponible sans jamais s'imposer. La région est très jolie ; beaucoup de choses à voir. Les amateurs de grillades sauront apprécier la cuisson au cep de vigne ! et les amoureux des oiseaux pourront profiter des hirondelles qui viennent s'abreuver le matin dans... la piscine

Très bon accueil, location très complète (1 chambre au rez de chaussée, grand salon/salle à manger). Spacieux, piscine très bien (bien équipée pour les enfants et les adultes), jardin cloturé, espace pour les enfants. Location calme avec 1supérette à 50m. Bonne ambiance avec les propriétaires. A recommander.

Belles vacances dans le minervois

Gite agréable, calme et fonctionnel. Notre hôtesse nous a très bien reçus. Le vin de la région est excellent. Ne pas manquer le village médiéval de Minerve à quelques kilomètres. Le jardin est bien exposé et la vue est assez reposante.
