Our air conditioned privately owned Luxury Waterside Condominium, less than one hour to Glacier NP is the premier condo on Flathead Lake, offering magnificent views of the Swan Mountains and Flathead Lake from dining room, living room, and patio. The lighted, new, first-class, boat dock features seating for enjoying your lunch or sun bathing and access ladders for easy swimming from the separate swim dock. A free boat ramp is but one block away for launching your boat. Our beautiful condo has many upgrades. The kitchen has granite counter tops as well as a granite bar to sit at. The master bath has dual sinks and huge soaking tub for easily two. The floors are tile throughout with the exception of the bedrooms which has carpet. For your pleasure, there are many fine restaurants within walking distance. Recreational playground Golfing, horseback riding, sailing or boating, mountain biking, hiking, fishing, swimming, rafting, mountain climbing are available at every turn in the Flathead area. Beautiful setting

The property is very beautiful. Great access to Flathead Lake. Lots of space to enjoy the view. Great park located next door for the kids. Groceries and restaurants close by.

Beach front viewing for all the fireworks! The views, grounds, and location allowed easy access in Lakeside. We are retiring in the area so our choice to stay on the water was a narural. We will rent the condo again.

This property is conveniently located to shopping, great restaurants, and swimming. The condo housed all necessary amenities, including a well-stocked kitchen, soft towels, and comfy furniture. The grounds are well kept with a steamy hot tub situated for all to use. Be mindful that Lakeside is considered a resort community resulting in a "resort fee" on the condo rental. We certainly enjoyed our stay.

There is no "resort fee" charged. Montana charges a 7% tax on hotel and vacation rental stays less than 30 days. Glad you enjoyed your stay!

Good Choice in Lakeside

We normally rent a house in Lakeside during July, but this time we tried The Waterside Condos. Nice! It's right on the lake with a view of the water from the small deck. The condo was well set-up with cooking, baking equipment and flatware and dishes. The beds were fine and the bathrooms well equipped and beautiful. The only disappointments were a lack of reading lamps throughout and a nonworking T.V. We were excited about the large-screen TV, but were not able to get it working. After a call to Brian, nothing changed. Otherwise, a big plus was the rock spa (hot tub)outside, which we used daily. and the grocery store within walking distance. We love the area and hope to return!

Lake Front Bliss

The entire experience was very enjoyable and any issues were resolved immediately by landlord. Would highly recommend this experience for those wanting access to beautiful lake side setting.

A WONDERFUL property with a responsible owner

The property had the most amazing view of Flathead Lake, and it was so easy to walk nearby to get a treat, groceries, trips on the lake, or anything else I needed. I basically parked the car there in its own garage and didn't need it again until I left. The owner stopped by once to fix something that I didn't even realize wasn't working perfectly. He really seems to stay on top of it because the faucets didn't drip, everything worked perfectly. (FYI - The AC works off a remote control in the living room. I didn't think of that.) :) I can't recommend this wonderful place enough for someone on their own, a couple, or a small family. It was a wonderful break from city life, and I'll be back again next year!

Great condo with great view

Great condo. Sit out on the patio and look at the lake and mountains. Condo was well equipped with supplies. Very clean. Brian responded to E-Mails within a matter of minutes. A grocery store, hardware store and several restaurants and bars within walking distance. Definitely consider staying there again.

Great waterfront condo

Excellent accommodation, excellent view. We really enjoyed our stay. Although most of the trip was the 2 of us, when our kids showed up on the weekend there was plenty of room for us. It was a short walk to great restaurants (Tamarack & the marina restaurant (forgot the name, sorry) There is plenty to do within a 20 mile radius, or just within a short walk down the path to the water. Love the area and would definitely stay here again.

Will be relocating to the area next year permanently so wanted to stay in the area. Distances to town, schools, hospital etc
