Independent mill belonging to a large area of ​​8 hectares with farmhouse and mazet, Romanesque chapel, XI to XVIII century, built on an old Gallo-Roman villa.

Private pool, just for you, in the heart of a field !

Located in Uzès, in the countryside, surrounded by fields, on the edge of the Alzon river and next to the shops: bakery, shopping center, organic store, fastfood, restaurants.

Great find

Really enjoyed our stay. I am reasonably familiar with the area and this was the right balance of being out of town but a quick hop from amenities. A very peaceful location considering its location, a lovely vibe and the perfect property to accommodate my dog with outdoor space and river nearby.

Die Mühle ist ein einzigartiger Ort: Wunderschönes, altes Gemäuer, liebevoll eingerichtet. Es war alles da und alles war perfekt. Wir haben den Grill geliebt, den wunderbaren Pool und den aufmerksamen Kontakt mit Marine. Ganz lieben Dank!

Ein Traum für Mensch und Hund

Um das Fazit vorneweg zu nehmen: Wir wollen auf jeden Fall nochmal wiederkommen!Wir wurden herzlich von unserer Vermieterin Marine empfangen. Sogar für unseren Hund hatte sie einen kleinen Willkommensgruß vorbereitet. Sie stand uns auch während der zwei Wochen bei Bedarf jederzeit mit Rat und Tat beiseite. Ganz herzlichen Dank dafür!Es war wirklich alles, was man brauchte, vorhanden. Die Mühle ist wunderschön restauriert und liebevoll eingerichtet. Besonders die kleinen Details haben uns begeistert! Das Grundstück ist sehr weitläufig und der kleine Fluss ein echtes Highlight -nicht nur für den Hund. Vermutlich aufgrund der wild wachsenden Pfefferminze gab es erstaunlich wenig Mücken, dafür aber einen herrlichen Duft!Die Lage der Mühle ist sehr gut: Man fühlt sich weit weg von allem, ist es aber nicht. Das Einkaufszentrum ist in 10 Minuten zu Fuß zu erreichen, ebenso wie ein französisches Restaurant, das in einem alten Bahnhof untergebracht ist. Die Pizza dort ist sehr empfehlenswert! Viele Sehenswürdigkeiten wie der Pont du Gard, die Städte Uzes, Nimes und Avignon sind ebenfalls nicht weit entfernt.Wir hatten eine wunderschöne Zeit dort und können es nur empfehlen!

Un lieu typique pour un séjour parfait

Marine est une perle ! Elle nous accueille avec une très grande gentillesse . Le moulin est superbe , extrêmement propre, des draps en lin, des meubles chinés, une décoration bien choisie .. le lieu est isolé mais à 3 min de tout . On déconnecte dans un cadre champêtre idéal.Merci merci pour votre disponibilité Marine et bravo pour le petit bonheur que vous avez créé.

gîte près de la rivière

Un merveilleux endroit éloigné du bruit mais en même temps très proche d'un centre commercial. Le gîte, très nature, se situe à côté de la rivière avec une magnifique petite "cascade", apportant une fraicheur bienvenue. Marine est absolument charmante et très disponible. La piscine est superbe.

Prachtig huis in een idyllische omgeving

Hier kan je volledig tot rust komen. De rivier die langs het huis stroomt geeft je tevens de nodige verfrissing. Smaakvol ingericht huis! Zalige buitendouche. Het zwembad heeft een prachtige ligging. Het huis is ideaal gelegen om verschillende uitstappen te plannen, bijvoorbeeld Avignon en Nîmes. Het dorp Uzès is ook bijzonder charmant. Uiterst vriendelijke gastvrouw. Met spijt in het hart zat onze vakantie erop. Aanrader.

Einzigartiger Hiding-place mit grandiosem Pool

Wir haben so entspannt, aufgetankt , genossen und den Alltag hinter uns gelassen wie selten zuvor. Wer historische Architektur, schlicht-authentischen Stil, einen Bach am Haus, Ruhe, Wald ums Haus und einen traumhaften Pool mitten in Feldern sucht - voilá!

Havre de paix à UZES

Très belle maison décorée avec goût par Marine la propriétaire des lieux , qui est une hôte très agréable , à l'écoute et très réactive aux demandes , nous avons séjourné 15j avec nos enfants dans le moulin . A 5 min en voiture d'UZES localisation idéale , maison au calme , piscine à coté de la maison ( magnifique couloir de nage ), maison fraiche , propreté des lieux ( j'ai un souvenir de l'odeur des draps et serviettes qui sentent très bon ), maison bien équipée ( à ma déception pas de lave linge ) . Tout était parfait mis à part quelques scorpions dans la maison tout au long de notre séjour ; nous avons appris à cohabiter ensemble ... Encore merci Marine pour tout .

Wunderbares Quartier

Völlige Ruhe und trotzdem nicht abgeschieden liegt die bestens renovierte und ausgestattete Mühle in der Nähe der wunderbaren Stadt Uzes. Sie ist Ausgangspunkt für viele schöne Ziele und Attraktion in der Provence. Wir haben als Familie den Aufenthalt sehr genossen!

Traumurlaub

Zum ersten Mal , sind wir in Frankreichs Süden unterwegs und waren bislang eher in der Bretagne und in der Normandie . Es war noch schöner als auf den Bildern , die uralte Mühle wurde wunderschön und sehr stilvoll und minimalistisch eingerichtet , genau nach unserem Geschmack :) Den unmittelbare Fluss vor der Tür mit dem herrlichem Rauschen , Grillen und Frosch Gesang werde ich sehr vermissen , genau wie die wunderbare Außendusche. ;) Der große Pool hat uns sehr entspannte Momente geschenkt sowie das schwimmen mit Blick auf den Lavendel ! Schöner geht es wahrlich nicht ..... Uzès ist ein so schönes Städtchen , auch die umliegenden Gegenden wie Camargue , Ardeche , Arles und Avignon waren unbeschreiblich ! Liebe Marine , Ganz lieben Dank für die liebevolle Gastfreundschaft ... wir haben uns sehr sehr Wohlgefühlt ! Wir kommen sicher wieder !! Claudia und Jörg Assmann

Lovely stylish rural idyl

It’s a beautiful place, restored with great style. The poured concrete floor and windows are particularly lovely. It’s very peaceful and also very cool in hot weather. A short drive to Uzès, which is a wonderful town. Lydia was great, very helpful and responsive. We would definitely go back.

Tolles Haus in idyllischer Umgebung

Die alte Mühle wurde sehr stilvoll renoviert und hochwertig eingerichtet. Das Haus liegt sehr idyllisch an einem Fluss mit viel Grün, aber zu den Einkaufsmöglichkeiten ist es nur ein Katzensprung. Die Vermieterin ist äusserst hilfsbereit und freundlich.

Un petit coin de paradis

Nous avons séjourné dans un lieu exceptionnel, un moulin magnifiquement décoré au bord d’une charmante rivière. L’immense piscine privative en surplomb du moulin nous a ravi! Séjournant durant la période de canicule, le moulin est toujours resté frais et nous avons passé des nuits très agreables. Nous avons apprécié l’originalité des lieux, l’aménagement ainsi que l’attention que la jeune propriétaire porte à la propreté de la location. Marine nous a reçu de manière très amicale et a même pensé à mettre des boissons au frais en guise de bienvenue notamment une excellente bouteille de vin blanc de La région. Elle a toujours été aux petits soins et très disponible durant tout notre séjour. Nous la remercions d’avoir accepté nos chiens en toute confiance. Le moulin est parfaitement situé, aucune nuisance, bien que la zone commerciale se situe à 2min en voiture. Uzes, très jolie ville, est toute proche. Nous ne pouvons que recommander cette location à toute personne souhaitant de l’originalite et du calme dans un lieu d exception.

Cadre exceptionnel à deux pas d'Uzes

Nous avons beaucoup apprécié l'accueil de Marina et ses recommandations pour découvrir la région. Le Moulin au bord de la rivière est très bien équipé. Le calme absolu dans la nature, à deux pas d'Uzès. La piscine est très agréable. Nous avons passé un séjour très agréable et nous reviendrons avec grand plaisir.
