THE HOUSE
It is a bright apartment equipped with all comforts, designed in detail to offer guests maximum comfort and services.
Located on the first floor, it is equipped with air conditioning, heating, washing machine; 2 bathrooms with large shower; two bedrooms (one with en-suite bathroom); living room with a sofa bed and an extra single bed in the corner; fully equipped kitchen, with dishwasher, electric oven, microwave oven, smart TV, wi-fi internet.
There is central heating, which is switched on in the winter months (November/April).

POSITION
It can be easily reached from FIUMICINO airport by train from Trastevere station which is just a few minutes' walk away (it is also a considerable saving to use the train to reach the airport instead of a taxi).
It is located between the two historic districts of Trastevere and Testaccio.
It is not located in the most "monumental" center of the city, but it is very well connected by public transport:
- buses and trams take you to the most touristic places in the historic center with just a few stops, for example tram n.8 reaches Largo Argentina (Piazza Navona and Pantheon) and Piazza Venezia (Via del Corso, Fori and Colosseum),
- with just one train stop from Trastevere station it is possible to get to San Pietro.

The two districts of Trastevere and Testaccio are full of clubs, cultural events and restaurants and places where you can taste authentic Roman cuisine.

In the neighborhood, every Sunday there is the ancient market of Porta Portese.

Nearby it is possible to find PARKING for the car: there are free parking areas and paid garages that have affordable prices.

The house is entirely available to guests who have booked and the spaces are not shared with anyone else.

CITY TAX - The city tax is NOT included in the site price and is payable in cash at check-in. In Rome it is €5,00 per night per person over 10 for the first 10 days of stay.

CHECK-IN OUT OF HOURS - For arrivals after 10.00 pm a supplement of € 20 will be charged, after 12.00 pm € 40

Smoking is not allowed inside the apartment.
Please behave responsibly by avoiding loud noises and shouts, especially at night, in respect of the other people who live in the building.
On the day of departure, the kitchen must be delivered in order; therefore, please DO NOT leave pans and dishes to be washed, empty the refrigerator and washing machine and throw the rubbish in the appropriate containers that are located outside the building, on the street.
