CASASIRENA.... is a fully renovated detached house just a stone's throw from the beautiful old town. The house is spread over two levels without an lift,<br>and is equipped with air conditioning: on the ground floor, there is an entryway, 1 bedroom with a double bed, 1 bedroom with two single beds, 1 bathroom with a shower, and a large dining room with a kitchenette, a sofa, and a fireplace. On the second floor, there is 1 bedroom with a double bed, 1 bathroom with a bathtub, and a large veranda with a table, chairs, lounge chairs, and a barbecue.<br>Note: The house is rented exclusively for tourist purposes under a tourist rental agreement pursuant to Article 4 of Legislative Decree No. 50 of April 24, 2017.

Perfect location and spacious accommodations!

This apartment worked perfectly, only a couple block walk to the historic downtown, shops , restaurants and ocean. Lots of space and roof top patio was great for an evening drink or morning coffee before exploring the town and surrounding areas. Will definitely stay here again if ever back in the area.

I could have stayed forever!

Such a lovely place! We loved everything from the rooftop patio, to the bedrooms. It was perfectly located and we enjoyed the quick walk to the farmers market, old town and the many restaurants. We would stay again!

We absolutely loved our stay at CasaSirena and would happily stay here again! We visited from June 27–July 3, 2026, and it was the perfect home base for exploring beautiful Polignano a Mare.The location is outstanding—you truly don’t need a car once you arrive. The historic center, amazing restaurants, cafés, supermarkets, minimarkets, and the iconic rocky beach are all just a short walk away. It made everything so easy and enjoyable.The air conditioning worked perfectly, which was a huge plus during the hot summer days. We also loved the gorgeous rooftop terrace! It was our favorite place to relax with a glass of wine after a day of sightseeing, enjoy the warm evenings, and dry our laundry.A couple of things to keep in mind: the home is on the second and third floors, so there are quite a few stairs and no elevator. Parking is also off-site, with the closest convenient option being the train station, about a 5-minute walk away.Overall, CasaSirena exceeded our expectations. The unbeatable location, comfortable accommodations, and beautiful terrace made our vacation unforgettable. We highly recommend it to anyone visiting Polignano a Mare and can’t wait to return!

Great location. Three blocks from main area of town yet in a quieter neighborhood. Also a good location for day trips within Puglia. The apartment has everything you need. We loved having two balconies. Owner is super friendly.
