About this property

Beautiful Norman house with large garden.

The house is our dwelling house. It is large and the rooms very large (it can accommodate 5 people: 2 or 3 adults and / or 2 to 3 children depending on age). We have ample parking for cars, the garden is private. The summer barbecue is available. We also provide a baby kit "(pushchair, cot, changing table, bathtub). Charges are included (water, heating, electricity and taxes), the day of arrival is indifferent. The reservation must have been made at least 15 days before the arrival date. There is a double bed and two single beds (90X190). Possibility of a 3rd single bed on request.

Nice house in beautiful surrounding

We went to Trouville for the first time. The house is located very close to the sea in a beautiful surrounding. The interior is cosy and authentic.

Maison agréable au calme avec un très beau jardin.

La maison est agréable, spacieuse, située à quelques minutes de la plage. Le jardin est ravissant et très reposant. Toute la logistique est très bien gérée par les propriétaires. Nous avons passé un excellent séjour.

Prachtige locatie en ruim huis/tuin

Plus: - Superlocatie op 5 minuten loopafstand van mooi zandstrand - Heel ruim huis met grote en mooie tuin (zon en schaduw) - Complete inventaris. - Prettig contact met eigenaresse. Min: - Om in de grote slaapkamer te komen moet je door een andere slaapkamer - Badkamer / toilet is inpandig - Huiskat is lief maar miauwt om eten (ook 's nachts)

Die Cote Fleuri in den schönsten Farben erlebt

Das Ferienhaus ist nur 500 m vom Strand entfernt. Nachdem man die ca. 30 Stufen und einen kleinen Weg hübschen Weg hinter sich gebracht hat, wird man mit einem richtig schönen Sandstrand belohnt. Man schaut auf den Ärmelkanal, der abends in ein faszinierendes Licht getaucht wird und hat im Rücken die wunderbare Architektur von Trouville. Die Vermieter des Hauses haben wir persönlich nicht kennengelernt, aber die Abstimmung lief trotz ihrer Abwesenheit unkompliziert und prompt. Die Schlüsselübergabe erfolgte über die Haushaltshilfe. Die Kinderzimmer sind liebevoll eingerichtet, die Betten sind bequem, es ist bis auf einen Fön alles vorhanden, und der Garten ist phänomenal. Die Normandie hat uns mit ihrer unglaublichen Landschaft in den Bann gezogen - sehr gerne wieder!

Meirveilleux week-end...

... entre amis ! Il s'agit d'une jolie demeure, de très belles surfaces avec un grand et beau jardin très bien entretenu ! Vue sur la mer depuis la terrasse, très bien située à 5 min à pieds de la plage... Les propriétaires ont été compréhensifs et flexibles sur les horaires d'arrivées et de départ, nous avons été très bien accueillis. Mention spécial au chat, qui a été adorable et qui a contribué à rendre ce week-end mémorable ! A recommander !!
