House of 120 m2, close to beaches (1500m) and the city center (500m). Very pretty enclosed garden of 400m2 without opposite. Southern exposure. Beautiful wooden terrace with garden furniture and barbecue.

On the ground floor: living / dining room with usable stove, kitchen fully equipped, 1 bedroom with a bed 160 and adjoining toilet-shower room, bedroom with 1 single bed of 80, 1 toilet, 1 saddler. The 2 bedrooms have direct access to the garden.
Upstairs: 1 bedroom with 2 twin beds of 80, 1 bedroom with 1 single bed of 80 and 1 double bed in mezzanine of 140, 1 shower room and 1 toilet.

Superbe séjour

Nous avons passé une superbe semaine en famille dans la maison. Celle ci est bien placée, entre centre ville et accès rapide en vélo aux différentes plages. L'intérieur est joliment décoré et la maison est très bien équipée.Le jardin abrité permet enfin d'en profiter au moindre rayon de soleil. Merci

Super !!

Excellent séjour, la maison est très propre, bian aménagée et répond parfaitement au descriptif. On voit que la maison est occupée le reste du temps par les propriétaires car il y a tout ce dont on a besoin, et ca c'est un vrai plus! Le jardin est sympa, très calme et sans vis à vis. L'herbe est moins verte que sur les photos, surement la canicule du début du mois :) On ne peut que recommander cette jolie maison, on reviendra !

Superbe séjour

Nous avons passé une semaine de rêve à Noirmoutier. La maison est très spacieuse et très agréable. La terasse est idéale avec des meubles de qualité. Le jardin est totatalement sans vis-à-vis et est un havre de paix. Nous nous sommes de suite sentis comme à la maison et espérons bien pouvoir y retourner !

Superbe

Une location superbe idéalement équipée, avec une terrasse et un jardin très agréables . La literie est de qualité, les salles de bain spacieuses et la cuisine est très bien agencée et dispose de tout le nécessaire.Très bien située à proximité du port et du centre ville. Nous reviendrons dans cette location avec grand plaisir.
