4-bedroom house - sleeps 10, just 300 metres on foot from the beach

Our new Epine house of around 100 m2 can accommodate up to 10 people. It is very sunny and functional, ideal for a stay with family or friends.

Access to St Jean beach (300 m) on foot via a small path. A wood is also nearby.

L'Epine is a pretty little village on the island of Noirmoutier situated between beaches and salt marshes.

Located on the west coast of the island of Noirmoutier, you can admire beautiful sunsets.

It is a rather quiet and family-friendly village where you can find all the shops and services (bakeries, butchers, convenience store, newsagent, restaurants, bars, pharmacy, library ...) about 700 m from the house. Ideal for a good holiday.

The market takes place every Saturday morning all year round. Your arrival on Sunday will allow you to enjoy it if you wish.

Port Morin and its nautical activities are about 1 km 500 along the beach.

The house has a private parking space (free parking spaces nearby), a fully enclosed garden of around 300m2 with 1 covered courtyard, 2 wooden terraces and a garage (with washing machine) where you can put your 2 wheels, windsurfing boards, paddle, canoe ...

A gas plancha is available for your grills.

On the ground floor we find:
- 1 entrance with an independent wc
- 1 large, very bright living room (4 bay windows, two of which have a brick partition) composed of an open kitchen and a living room, all overlooking the wooden terraces
- a bedroom overlooking one of the terraces with a wardrobe and 1 bed (160 cm) and a bathroom in polished concrete with a walk-in shower

Upstairs :
- 1 bedroom with 1 double bed, a dressing room and a small desk
- 2 bedrooms with 1 bunk bed 3 places (140 bed downstairs and 90 upstairs) and 1 wardrobe. Board games of all ages and books for children and adolescents available.
- 1 bathroom with a toilet

The house is equipped with a television and wifi.
There is also a DVD player with some movies and cartoons.

transport network
You can get around Noirmoutier by car, by free bus, on foot, but of course the best way is by bike.

There are more than 80 km of cycle paths on the island and if you do not arrive on the island with your bikes, you will find a rental company in the market town of l'Epine.

Other remarks

Minimum rental of one week from SUNDAY to SUNDAY in July, August and French spring school holidays.

For weekends and short stays (except French spring and summer school holidays) 2 nights minimum.

Parties prohibited.
Minimum age of responsible for rental: 25 years

Sheets and household linen not provided (rental possible. Prices on request).

Optional cleaning.
A cleaning deposit check in the amount of € 90.00 will be requested and cashed in the event that the cleaning is neglected or if the garbage containers are not emptied on the day of departure.

A freebox charter and its services will have to be signed to obtain the wifi codes.

Inhabitants of Nantes and still in business, it is the concierge LES CLEFS DE L'ILE who will take care of your welcome and meet your expectations by offering you optional services during your stay (cleaning, list of babysitters, rental of household linen, childcare equipment ...).

Certificate of insurance with resort guarantee (generally included in home insurance) to be sent within 2 weeks of booking under penalty of cancellation.

The garage cannot accommodate a car.
