About 700 meters from PALOMBAGGIA beach, in a set of 3 studios and 2 semi-detached villas on a 1 hectare plot entirely enclosed with gate.
We would be delighted to welcome you to our air-conditioned villa comprising: 2 bedrooms, 1 shower room, a large living room with fitted kitchen, a dishwasher, a washing machine, a filter coffee maker, a toaster, a kettle, a iron and ironing board, 100 cm TNT flat screen TV, terrace with garden table and chairs, 2 sun loungers, barbecue ...
We also provide for babies a cot, a high chair and a plastic bathtub to put in the Italian shower.
The location is calm, sunny, in a natural setting, under the centuries-old pines, arbutus trees and cork oaks, just 10 minutes walk from the beach for a carefree holiday.
Linens provided
The villa is air conditioned and equipped with an efficient wifi connection
Animals are not allowed.
Compulsory end of stay cleaning 80 euros.
Deposit 800 euros
  The rental is non-smoking.

Idealissime! Une belle rencontre

Pris au dépourvu nous avons trouvé cette location au dernier moment grâce à un désistement, juste validé j'ai eu la bonne surprise d'avoir le propriétaire au téléphone, super gentil et accueillant il nous a donné conseils et tous renseignements utiles. En arrivant que du bonheur, location disponible bien avant l’heure indiquée, propriétaire sur place aussi accueillant et gentil qu'au téléphone, prévenant (bouteille d'eau au frais), nous fait découvrir une location parfaitement conforme à la description très propre. Une fois les valises défaites, il n'y plus qu'a marcher 10 à 15 minutes pour se baigner sur une des plus belle plage!!! Retour à la propriété où le très grand parc clos assure une tranquillité incroyable en pleine saison (calme au milieu de la nature), l'agencement des quelques locations voisines garantissant l'intimité, seuls gekos et rainettes ont osé pénétrer dans notre nid. Tout ceci en étant proche de Porto-Vecchio et de plein de belles choses, un petit Proxi à 5 minutes de voiture où l'on trouve tous le nécessaire et des fruits Corses excellents Encore un grand merci au propriétaire disponible plein de bons conseils et de gentillesse, bref une belle découverte et une belle rencontre, je ne vous la conseille cependant pas car je veux garder des disponibilités pour moi ! :-)
