Apartment ideal for holidays ,. Apartment ground floor with large private terrace of 47 m2 at 50 meters from the beach Benedict. Beautiful living room with double EAST and SOUTH exhibition with new kitchen (oven, microwave, dishwasher, induction hob, fridge freezer and hood). Bedroom 1: with great new folding bed very comfortable and dividing door to living room. Bedroom 2 with bunk beds (3 beds) and very large closet with sliding doors. Bathroom with washing machine. Separate WC. Double glazed French windows and new electric shutters. Lovely terrace for lunch outside. Opportunity for young children to ride a tricycle or bicycle.

Bon séjour dans l'ensemble. Si il fallait résumer: Les - : séjour bruyant (mal isolé de l'appartement en 2ème et personne très bruyante) Baignoire trop petite et dangereuse (moi étant enceinte et mon conjoint grand, cela à été compliqué) 1 seul prise éléctrique dans la chambre parentale (contraignant pour brancher téléphone, pc ect....) Manque un placard de cuisine vide pour y ranger les courses Les + : Emplacement parfait pour la plage et plage magnifique La grande terrasse (non éclairée par contre) Une fois les volets fermés, il y fait bien noir Grand placard dans la chambre enfant Pas de vis à vis Propriétaires accueillants et arrangeants Linge de maison (lit, toilette, cuisine) fournis

Appartement très bien équipé, jolie terrasse à l'abri des regards entouré d'une grande haie emplacement idéal près de la plage accueil sympathique du propriétaire nous reviendrons sûrement.

accueil tres sympathique des propriétaires plage benoit à deux pas et sans contrainte de circulation. appartement très agréable et fonctionnel la baignoire sabot est idéale pour les enfants mais moins accessible pour les adultes par contre les recommandations d accés aux wc et de la sdb ('ouverture vers l intérieur des pièces) a bien été pris en compte pour modification immédiate par les propriétaires nous conseillons vivement cette location bien située et agréable

Appartement très bien agencé, rénové avec goût, très propre, et bonnes literies. Sa situation à quelques mètres de la plage Benoît et de sa promenade, mais au calme, est vraiment très agréable. De plus nous avons apprécié l'accueil chaleureux des propriétaires. Nous recommandons vivement cette location.

APPARTEMENT RENOVE ET TRES BIEN SITUE

Nous avons à nouveau passé un excellent séjour dans cet appartement situé dans un quartier calme et de qualité (plage Benoit) et bien rénové. Le petit jardin est également très appréciable.
