Everything was very nice

The house was clean and well equipped. The 2 air-conditionin units were a blessing allowing us to keep the mosquitos out. The property was clean and nice aswell and the pool easy to access. The location is very central and close to a beautiful beach with many facets so we rarely went to other places. It allowed both snorkeling and wave boarding for the kids. The surroundings allow many additional activities, so we never got bored.Our stay was really fantastic and the only negative things I can think of were:- ceiling on top floor is quite low- few lids for pans/pots in kitchen- one key to access the pool (difficult logistics with kids). Also the pool may get crowded at high season. Big plus: Valerie, who ist taking care of everything, is a great and friendly contact and went beyond the expected to make this a great stay.

Belle piscine dans la résidence. Proche mer et petits commerces. Grande terrasse. Bien équipé avec cuisine spacieuse à part un petit manque de vaisselle type verres et couverts. Climatisation appréciable la nuit.

Niedliches Ferienhaus in ruhiger Lage

Das Ferienhaus liegt in einer ruhigen Residenz. Die Anlage und auch das Haus ist sehr gepflegt und sauber. Die Terrasse ist sehr schön angelegt und lädt förmlich zum entspannen ein. Im Haus gibt es unten und oben eine Klimaanlage. Etwas ungünstig ist, dass man oben durch das erste Zimmer muss um in das zweite Zimmer zu kommen. Es ging aber. Innerhalb der Anlage gibt es einen Gemeinschaftspool und unweit der Residenz ist man in einer Einkaufsmeile wo abends immer etwas los ist. Die Strandabschnitte sind auch dicht bei und sehr schön zum baden. Rundum war es ein toller Urlaub, in einer wunderschönen Residenz/Haus.

Logement très sympa avec belle terrasse

Logement très bien situé, très proche des commerces et de la mer. Points négatifs : pas de climatisation dans les chambres situées à l'étage et situation des 2 chambres (il faut passer dans la première pour accéder à la seconde). Logement très bien pour 3, mais un peu juste au-delà (surtout avec des grands ados ou des jeunes adultes). Très belle terrasse avec de l'espace.

Great villa, great location

Warm welcome. The villa was clean and super cute with everything the 4 of us needed. Only 5 mins stroll to beach, shops and restaurants. Recommended!

un peu déçus

nous avons réservé sur le site ABRITEL une location de 2 chambres + un coin avec lits superposés; la 2eme chambre ne mérite pas la dénomination de chambre. il fallait y entrer et marcher pliés en 2 pour ne pas se cogner aux poutres. la 2e déception est que la réservation (que j'ai imprimée) stipulait dans le détail des équipements "ménage inclus" alors qu'il nous a été demandé un cheque de caution pour le ménage et que celui ci ne nous était pas restitué si nous ne faisions pas le ménage. hormis ces 2 choses, cette petite maisonnette était très bien décorée et assez fonctionnelle et surtout très bien située.
