For your comfort, we provide bed linen (beds made upon arrival and renewed weekly), towels including pool towels, linens and utensils and cleaning products (sponges, product crockery, laundry, bathroom products, a cooking fund, ...). A refreshment of the villa is offered mid-stay for any stay of at least 2 consecutive weeks.

You are here between Saint Emilion and Bergerac, perched on the top of the slopes, on the outskirts of a small hamlet typical very quiet, enjoying a magnificent panorama and an exhibition FULL SOUTH without opposite. Recent (2012) and perfectly equipped, the house, designed by an architect from Bordeaux, was thought of as an ideal family / friendly setting, combining authenticity, conviviality and design around a unique indoor / outdoor space: it offers you 260 m2 of living space on 1 hectare of garden bordered by the forest, a very large bright living room and largely open on the terrace, its corners deckchairs, the shaded dining area, its plancha, the heated swimming pool and the brazier barbecue design, all with beautiful views overlooking the countryside, the forest and the valley. However, you are just 5 minutes drive from all amenities.
If however you decide to leave the villa, you are here at a strategic location (at the crossroads of 3 departments: Dordogne, Gironde, Lot et Garonne) to browse the famous vineyards, taste the local gastronomy, improve your swing at the splendid Golf Vigiers (15 min), your forehand on the beaten ground (2 min), your paddle stroke on the Dordogne (canoes at 2 min), your cardio bike mode or running, stroll in one of the most beautiful markets of France (Bastide de Sainte Foy la Grande), hiking on the banks of the Dordogne or on the paths of Saint Jacques de Compostela, visit Saint Emilion, the Old Bergerac, discover the caves of Lascaux or Sarladais, spend a day on the Arcachon basin, admire Bordeaux, and above all: let yourself live without any restraint under the sun of the southwest ...

Amazing property - fabulous holiday

We were wowed by this property. Everything exactly as described and well appointed. The outdoor pool area is fantastic, lots of green, open space and spectacular views. Saturday market in the local town is a must do activity. Can’t wait to return and see our friends the french hens!

Amazing house in tranquil setting

We were a family of 5 adults and a toddler. The house is as amazing as it looks in the photos and it is in a beautiful setting. I would definitely recommend this villa. Carine was very helpful. She greeted us on arrival and kept in contact to check we were enjoying our stay.

Beautiful house in a lovely location

Thank you Carine and family for letting us stay in your lovely home. The house has all you could need, set in a spacious garden with far reaching views and a short drive to the local town. Having a heated pool was a real bonus as whatever the weather the kids managed many hours in the pool. Carine was kind enough to meet us, show us around the property and explain how everything worked. A property we would highly recommend and would consider holidaying in again. Many thanks Sam

The Purple Villa

Everything about this villa was perfect and met our expectations entirely. The description and photos on the website reflect precisely what you will find when you arrive. Carine and Anthony are lovely people and were so very responsive and helpful to our needs. The house was immaculate, the grounds very large and extremely private. The pool is fantastic and warm, we had a fabulous and very restful vacation. This property is Carine's and Anthony's home and they have allowed their guests to enjoy it as they do.

Fantastic stay at The Purple Villa

We've just returned from a wonderful stay at The Purple Villa and had a truly excellent experience! We were two families of four with kids aged 10-13 for a week of relaxation. The house worked perfectly for us with open plan living giving everyone plenty of space and the grounds are really spacious so loads of room for the kids to run around in too (when not larking in the pool). The hosts Carine and Anthony were really helpful, welcoming and responsive, giving us plenty of privacy whilst being on hand if required. The area was really fun to explore, wonderful restaurants, walks, cycling, canoeing down the Dordogne, whilst relishing the quiet rural location of the villa, but only a couple of minutes from the down. Looking forward to the next visit already!

Unbelievable villa

I cannot recommend this beautiful house enough! Very well presented and very modern with all the facilities that you require. So much space, games and a playhouse for the children. Big, clean pool which was cleaned again whilst we were there. Perfect temperature and the kids loved it. The Owners, Carine and Anthony was so friendly and helpful. Any help or advice you have, they are just a call/text away. I was simply the best holiday we have ever been on! Carine and Anthony should receive an award be such perfect hosts! It is the only villa we have stayed in, where the house and garden look better than in the pictures. You have to stay here to believe it! We are already planning on when we can come back. It truly felt like a home away from home.

A fantastic Stay with Great Hosts

My wife and I stayed here for about 3 weeks and it was fantastic. We are from Australia, so the french countryside was a real pleasure for us and very different to what we were used to. The house is nestled on beautiful property with a magnificent view. The house makes the most of the environment so it was great to open it up each morning and enjoy the cool morning breeze. As the day warmed, the pool of course, was a must. We hired bikes for the duration, so each day we would either go for a bike ride or alternatively hike for a couple of hours. I (the husband) love to cook, so on Saturdays we would go to the local market at Saint Foy La Grande, which again was amazing, and then cook some delicious french cuisine in the evening. The kitchen is extremely well equiped with any kitchen utensils you can think of and more. There are also, four resident chickens so there are fresh eggs each morning. My wife especially liked to watch the antics of these animals. There is also a fresh vegetable and herb garden, which was very useful when I was cooking. Our hosts Carine and Anthony were extremely helpful and kept the house in first class condition. At one stage we had a little car trouble and Carine was very helpful in sorting it out. We can not thank Carine and Anthony enough for our fantastic stay and we hope that one day they will visit us in Australia. Katrina and Nick

La belle vie

C’est un endroit où on déconnecte immédiatement, bercé par le bruit du vent dans les arbres, le regard perdu sur les collines, les enfants profitant de l’espace , tout le monde se rejoignant ensuite dans la piscine, puis enfin autour du barbecue, bref la belle vie.

Propriété au top dans le Périgord

Excellent accueil, maison très adaptée pour des jeunes enfants (jeux a disposition, matériel de puériculture...) dans un très beau cadre en pleine nature proche des commodités dépaysement garanti. Hygiène irréprochable et très grande disponibilité des propriétaires. Nous recommandons cet maison pour passer un séjour dans le Périgord.

Perfect in every way

We arrived at the property some 5 hours later than planned due to flight problems. Not only had Carine done some shopping for us, she had even prepared a meal, using fresh vegetables from the garden. The villa is truly beautiful and extremely comfortable and the kitchen very well equipped - there was nothing more we could have wished for. The grounds (also beautifully maintained) were perfect for family games and we all enjoyed sitting around the fire pit. Cannot wait to return!

Amazing stay in an fantastic house

We had high expectations for our stay in Port-st-Foy and i have to admit that those were fully fulfield. Nous avons passé 15 jours très agréables dans la villa. Nous avons beaucoup apprécié l’accueil très chaleureux de Carine et Antony, nos hôtes, leur disponibilité et leur discrétion. La villa offre de très belles prestations et beaucoup de calme. Nous avons particulièrement aimé le concept in/out door que permet les échanges familiaux, le confort hôtelier et les délicates attentions des propriétaires. La magnifique piscine, parfaitement entretenue, permet de nager et sa profondeur est très appréciable A noter de nombreux centres d'interêt que Carine et Anthony conseillent très bien Nous fait de belles découvertes et rencontres. Fantastique

Voici une villa de rêve ... un super accueil par les propriétaires, de petites attentions nous attendaient (vin, jus, produits de bain, ...), une vue incroyable, un calme absolu, une maison qui était super entretenue, ... bref tous les ingrédients étaient au rendez-vous pour des super vacances. Nous y avons donc passé une semaine fantastique.

Nous revenons d'un séjour merveilleux au sein de cette magnifique villa !!! Nous avons eu droit à un superbe accueil. Après un contact charmant avec la propriétaire, plusieurs attentions nous attendaient à notre arrivée (pain brioché, jus d'orange, fois gras, vin blanc mais aussi dans chaque salle de bain, gel douche et shampoing!) La villa était d'une propreté exemplaire... Tout est très parfaitement soigné. Dans l'énorme jardin, la piscine à une température constante de 28 degrés. Côté intérieur, l'espace est le maître mot. Les volets électriques nous ont permis de garder une température intérieure convenable lors des fortes chaleurs et l'airco dans les chambres a clairement été un plus! En bref, nous vous recommandons vivement cet endroit si vous désirez des vacances au calme, dans le luxe et la propreté ! Bref, nous sommes impatients d'y retourner...

Een heel verzorgde en kraaknette vakantiewoning met wijds zicht over de Dordogne en voorzien van alle comfort Voor wie houdt van een bruisende omgeving is hier aan het verkeerde adres, rust en kalmte is hier het ordewoord, perfekt voor een week rust met de voeten in het zwembad

nous avons séjourné dans une très belle maison, bien équipée avec tout le confort le plus moderne: très belles chambres, sdb's, pièce de séjour et terrasse couverte. La piscine et le jardin sont également très jolis avec un bel espace de détente pour les adultes comme pour les enfants! Félicitations aux charmants propriétaires pour cette belle demeure! heerlijk verblijf in luxe villa

Heerlijk verblijven in deze ruime, moderne en luxueuze villa. Naadloze overgang tussen binnen- en buitenruimte. Strak design, heel mooi afgewerkt en compleet uitgerust voor 8 personen. Rustig gelegen, doch mogelijkheid tot enkele leuke uitstappen in de buurt. Ook ons zoontje (13 maanden) werd uitstekend verwelkomd met babybedje, 2 kinderstoelen (buiten en binnen) en leuk speelgoed. Eerlijke en vlotte communicatie met eigenares. Wij hopen ooit nog eens terug te komen.

Très belle maison

Nous avons passé une semaine de vacances, entre amis, dans cette très belle maison. La description et les photos sont très réaliste et la maison est très bien entretenue. L'espace de vie cuisine / salon est spacieux et très conviviable (ainsi que la terrase semi couverte, idéale pour des diners en soirée). Le jardin est immense, très belle vue sur la vallée, potager à disposition, piscine agréable. Bref, nous avons passé un excellent séjour. Attention toutefois, une des chambre avec lit double est une chambre d'enfant Je recommande tout à fait cette location.

Un grand merci pour votre appréciation. Nous sommes enchantés que vous et votre groupe d' amis, en tant que tous premiers locataires, aient gardé un excellent souvenir de leur séjour chez nous ! Le luxe ici étant que chacun puisse bénéficier des incroyables espaces de vie de la maison, sachez que nous limitons désormais le nombre d' hôtes à 7 adultes ou 6 adultes et 2 enfants, pour un confort optimum. Nous avons passé un très agréable séjour dans cette location très lumineuse aux équipements riches et de qualité. Les finitions sont soignées, la propreté est impeccable. Une prestation tout confort incluant un grand nombre de services : table cuisson induction, nombreux ustensiles de cuisine, large gamme de vaisselle + verres, terrasse, volets électriques dans toutes les pièces (très bien pour la sécurité), larges baies vitrées, .Une piscine chauffée à 28° avec volet électrique de sécurité. la villa est située en haut d'une colline sans vis à vis avec vue sur la vallée (aucun désagrément, aucun passage). l'exposition est parfaite avec soleil donnant du matin au soir sur la terrasse et la piscine. la villa est à 5 en voiture de Sainte Foy avec toutes les commodités adéquates (dont le marché). la propriétaire est très agréable et fort accueillante. 100 garanti pour 1 séjour de qualité en tous points.
