Gute und zentrale Lage der Wohnung für Ausflüge. Der Kontakt mit der Vermieterin war sehr nett und es war alles bestens vorbereitet bei unserer Ankunft. Wohnung ist etwas in die Jahre gekommen und man müsste mal etwas renovieren. Aber ansonsten alles bestens und wir haben uns wohlgefühlt.

Un séjour parfait

Rien à redire sur cet appartement. Que ce soit les intérieurs ou les extérieurs, tout est aménagé pour des vacances idéales. Il n'y a qu'à ouvrir ses valises en arrivant (le lit est déjà fait) et se détendre en trinquant sur la magnifique terrasse privative en rez de jardin au coeur d'un parc verdoyant et silencieux (même les glaçons sont déjà prêts pour se rafraichir en trinquant). De la vaisselle au linge de toilette, rien ne manque. La déco est de très bon goût et la propreté irréprochable, sans parler de l'accueil au top! Nous reviendrons, c'est certain.

Sehr nettes Apartment mit toller Terrasse in einer hübschen Anlage mit Pool. Freundliche Gastgeberin und sehr gute Ausstattung der Wohnung. Einziger Negativpunkt ist das Fehlen einer Klimaanlage. Es ist nicht fußläufig zum Meer oder zum Einkaufen, aber es gibt eine Bushaltestelle in der Nähe. Mit dem Bus ist dann alles gut zu erreichen.

Vacances à Cagnes sur Mer

Nous ne cherchions pas à être en bord de mer, heureusement, il n’était pas possible d’y aller à pied. Nous avons choisi Cagnes qui était idéalement placé au centre de nos visites : Nice, Antibes et de petits villages tel que St Paul de Vince, Mougins, Biot…. Nous avons apprécié le logement avec sa terrasse et toutes ces fleurs au sein de la résidence.

Résidence agréable et propre. Très bon accueil. Personnes de la résidence sympathiques. Concernant la location : - il est indiqué deux salles de bains dans l'annonce, or, il n'y en a qu'une - une climatisation serait appréciée - literie pas très confortable.

Je me permets de rédiger une réponse à votre appréciation - ce n'est pas moi qui indique qu'il y a 2 salles de bains - c'est le site qui décide qu'à partir du moment ou il y a un point d'eau dans les toilettes c'est considéré comme sanitaires - si vous lisez bien les informations il est indiqué 1 salle de bains et 1 toilette avec lavabo ( ce qui est le cas ) 2 salles de bains dans un appartement de 40m2 je n'ai jamais vu. - la surface est clairement précisé en début d'annonce. - les équipements mentionnés dans l'annonce ne font pas état d'une climatisation. A vous de sélectionner une location équipée d'une climatisation. Vous devriez mieux lire les informations. - En revanche, la consommation de 14 serviettes de toilette pour 4 personnes en 7 jours me semble excessive - il y a de nombreuses locations ou les serviette de toilette ne sont pas à disposition - J'espère malgré tout que votre séjour a été agréable.

Séjour agréable dans un endroit plein de charme. Co propriété fort bien entretenue avec jardins, piscine emplacements de stationnement et clôturée. A l'écart de l'agitation touristique. Terrasse ombragée et équipement ménager complet. L'accueil sur place est sympathique, disponible et souriant. Quelques petites réparations seraient appréciables pour rendre l'endroit parfait. Mais, la critique est aisée et l'art est difficile. Bref un fort bon séjour qui pourrait être renouvelé.

Casa deliziosa, situata in un elegante complesso residenziale lontano dal caos di Cagnes. L'appartamento è arredato con gusto, dotato di tutti i comfort e ha due plus impareggiabili: il giardino/ spazio esterno, nel quale abbiamo gustato ottime colazioni e romantiche cene all'aperto; la piscina, un'oasi di tranquillità. Peccato per la pulizia non perfetta, altrimenti avremmo dato una lode piena a questo piacevolissimo soggiorno

Adresse à retenir!

Nous avons passé un très bon séjour dans cet appartement très bien équipé (serviettes et draps fournis cela libère de la place dans les valises). La résidence est très calme, à taille humaine et l'accueil chaleureux. Nous retiendrons cette adresse pour nos prochaines vacances sur la Côte d'Azur.

Très joli appartement dans une résidence sécurisée; Le cadre y est magnifique . L'appartement est très bien équipé.Situé en RDC il il est facile de déjeuner à l'extérieur. Ferienwohnung genau wie beschrieben. Auto konnte im geschlossenen Bereich der Residenz abgestellt werden. Wir haben mit der Bahn Monte Carlo und Nizza besucht. Bahnhof ist in ca. 10 Minuten zu Fuß erreichbar. Wir wurden sehr freundlich empfangen. Danke

Appartement conforme à la description. Résidence calme, appart propre et très bien équipé. Accueil agréable et très facile. A 10 petites minutes à pied de la gare. La piscine n'était évidement pas ouverte à cette époque, mais elle semble également bien sympa.

Nous avons passé un excellent séjour à Cagnes-sur-mer. L' appartement est propre, bien équipé, calme et il y a un parking privatif. La dame qui nous a accueillis est très gentille et restait à notre disposition en cas de besoin. Je recommande fortement cette location.

Well equipped and peaceful

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and would recommend it. The property is part of a small group of apartments with a lovely pool which rarely seemed to be busy. It is a little way out of the town, but transport is reasonable, although it is obviously easier with a car, especially for a big shop. (We hired a car for the first few days then used public transport.) If you want to relax in peace and quiet then this is for you! Vicki and Mark England

Convenient and quiet base for trips on vicinities, everything is very close: Nice, Saint Paul de Vance, Antib, Cannes... Shortcomings if were, insignificant and easily reparable: lack of a curtain in a bathroom, lack of covers for pans, the idle Internet. Мы останавливались в этом апартменте на одну неделю, и, я должна сказать, что это был лучший наш отпуск. Апартмент по всем параметрам отличный: Очаровательная, тихая, утопающая в зелени и цветах территория с частной парковкой. Комфортабельный котедж с отдельным входом. Все соответствует фотографиям в сайте. Удобная кровать. Полностью оборудованная кухня с более, чем достаточным набором посуды. Симпатичный городок Кань-Сюр-Мер с чудесным средневековым центром и милым музеем - усадьбой Ренуара. Удобная и спокойная база для поездок по окрестностям, все очень близко: Ницца, Сен-Поль де Ванс, Антиб, Канны... Недостатки, если и были, несущественные и легкопоправимые: отсутствие зановески в ванной, отсутствие крышек для кастрюль, неработающий интернет.
