It is a spacious comfortable living space and a user-friendly space that is bordered by the river and the village. the intimacy of the place allows rest relaxation as well as all the cultural and intellectual activities sports
The proximity of the sites: Cathar history, sea, mountain, Spain, allows to live moments of choice in the calm and tranquilitée.
Inside the villa facilities are excellent: spacious living room of 90m² with very well equipped kitchen, a loft bedroom 45m² terrace 25m² + 2 style rooms + 1 independent room south of 15m + 3 shower rooms and 3 toilets.
Outside: swimming pool and summer kitchen closed, terrace with arbor arbor relaxation area, all on more than 5000m ² of private garden with petanque and gravelled paths

Très bon séjour

Maison très agréable et facile à vivre, tout est prévu sur place pour le fonctionnement de la maison et même plus, très beaux volumes, la piscine est belle et sécurisée, les alentours permettent de belles balades, tout est parfait ( un petit bémol, la route étonnamment passante)

Nous avons passé une agréable semaine en famille (7 personnes). La maison est très agréable et surtout très spacieuse. Grande séjour, grande cuisine. Tout le monde trouve son petit coin pour se reposer, lire un livre, etc... Le coin piscine est également bien aménagé. Nous avons trouvé la situation géographique idéale comme point de départ pour quelques visites dans les alentours (Narbonne, Carcassonne,...) En bref, des vacances reposantes et réussies dans un très joli cadre...

A spacious and very well equipped house in a great location.

We had a fabulous week in Bize-Minervois, walking, cycling, eating drinking, sighseeing and relaxing. The house was lovely, very spacious and well equipped. The main room was huge and a great place to gather, and the kitchen had plenty of pots and pans and all the utensils and equipment you could possibly ask for. There was a generous welcome pack in the fridge including beer, wine, butter and brioche, and a supply of pods for the coffee machine. The outside area was nicely shaded from the sun and sheltered from the rain, the pool was a perfect size for a dip, although unfortunately the weather wasn't quite warm enough for anything more than a very quick splash around! La Grange restaurant serves great food and is right next door, and there are at least 2 more restaurants in town, about a 10 minute walk away. We also found another great restaurant about a 20 minute walk up the road away from town called Auberge La Selette, fantastic real French food. There are 2 good boulangeries in town, and a little mini market that is surprisingly well stocked. Just one small complaint; the duvets were strangely too small for the beds and didn't have proper covers - a bit odd since the rest of the house was so well equipped. All in all I would definitely recommend the house.

Calme confort et petites attentions

Nous avons choisi le logement de Myriam sur la base des photos et des appréciations et nous avons bien fait. La maison est bien conçue, confortable et bien équipée (des super transats autour de la piscine, bbq, baby foot, table de ping pong, jeux pour enfants, etc...). La décoration est superbe et invite au voyage et à la relaxation. Plein de petites attentions étaient là à notre arrivée : des capsules de café, deux bouteilles de vin de la région, les serviettes joliment disposées sur les lits. C'est propre, lumineux, calme. La piscine est protégée du vent et des regards. Pour nous qui cherchions des vacances au calme en famille, c'était un véritable petit havre de paix. J'avais très peur avant le départ de la présence d'un restaurant à proximité, Myriam a su trouver les mots pour me rassurer en me disant simplement la vérité : aucune nuisance sonore et je confirme. La région est très sympa et l'emplacement de la maison de Bize Minervois fait que l'on peut visiter de nombreux endroits sans faire trop de kilomètres. Il y a également un petit super marché juste à coté en voiture avec tout ce qu'il faut. Bref merci Myriam pour ces super vacances et il est plus que possible que la vacancière hyper stressée d’août 2018 revienne chez vous.

excellent place to get away from it all but also close to numerous restaurants and markets

Enjoyed it greatly. Myriam our host was so helpful and was charm itself. The house is super with a great pool. I'm not sure we could have asked for more. All of the party thoroughly enjoyed out stay. Though just on the edge of Bize, numerous larger towns, including Beziers, restaurants and sites on the canal du midi and the Aude are within 5 - 30 mins by car and with one of the best beaches on the nearby coast only 45 mins away. I cannot but highly recommend this property. All the more so because of Myriam's courtesy and helpfulness. I

Perfect house for entertaining and relaxation...

Enjoyed a two week stay in Bize-Minervois. We found the accommodation and layout of the house perfect for what we needed. The kitchen was very well equipped and provided us with the opportunity to cook and eat in. We found the outside space very useful, including the BBQ and we enjoyed the salt water pool which was cleaned once a week. The restaurant next door was an excellent addition. Our contact Bernard was very helpful and always on hand to help. Overall an excellent holiday - thank you!

Un sejour de rêve!!!

Jje suis tombé accidentellement sur la propriétaire des lieux('charmante personne, je tiens a le signaler) lors d'un repas, c'est en discutant qu'elle m'a proposé sa maison ... La visite a eu lieu de nuit, j'ai beaucoup aimé l'endroit, j'y suis retourné le lendemain matin et là, je me suis empressé de réserver! La maison est magnifique spacieuse avec de grandes ouvertures, d'un style que je ne saurais décrire , tres bien entretenue ,piscine bien ensolleillée le tout sur une grande parcelle arborée, une rivière y coule a proximité, on est en pleine nature mais a proximité de tout!!! Une chose est sure, nous y reviendrons! C'est endroit est magique.

Un enchantement

Nous avons passé un excellent séjour dans cette maison, particulièrement bien située au calme et proche du joli village de Bize-Minervois. La maison est spacieuse, très confortable, très bien équipée et décorée avec goût. Sans parler de la terrasse, du jardin et de la piscine que nous avons trouvé parfaits pour la détente et vraiment très agréables. Nous recommandons vivement cette location, fidèle à la description, qui nous a permis de découvrir toutes les richesses de cette région magnifique en variant les activités : balades dans la nature, festivités au village, dégustation des produits du terroir, succulents, et des vins du Minervois...Bref, un régal grâce notamment au restaurant la Grange, tout proche, très convivial, qui proposait aussi des animations (concerts...) très réussies. On peut même y danser ! Encore un grand merci pour votre accueil, très chaleureux, vos conseils et votre disponibilité. Nous reviendrons avec plaisir !
