Perfect accommodation and location

Lovely house, in a quiet cul-de-sac but in a central location, close to restaurants, shops and the beach. The Villa is modern, very clean and well maintained and is stocked with everything you could possibly need. Thoroughly enjoyed our stay and would return. Recommend you rent bikes to take advantage of the fantastic bike routes around Capbreton

Pool was great! Walk to town about 15 minutes, but it's a nice town. House was perfect for us. We wanted to be more in a residential area. Super clean, and the hosts really wanted to help us out. We aren't very good at French, so I had to translate all our messages back and forth, but anything we needed, they were right there to help out. It sort of felt like they didn't trust us when they met us, we are 32 years old and only here to surf... but maybe surfers have a stigma around here? Anyway, it ended up being great and they were very kind.

Modernes Haus in einer ruhigen Sackgasse. Zu den Stränden sind es nur ein paar Minuten, Capbreton ist ein beschaulicher Ort, der vom Ferienhaus zum Einkaufen und Bummeln zu Fuß erreicht ist.2 ebenfalls moderne Bäder, davon eines mit Dusche im Erdgeschoß. TV gibt es im Wohnzimmer; deutsche Filme können mit Zugang zu Netflix, Amazon Prime,.. angeschaut werden. Küche ist wie beschrieben mit zahlreichen Elektrogeräten ausgestattet, die Plancha auf der Terrasse lädt zum Grillen ein. Sichtschutz zu den Nachbarn gibt es durch Mauern, Palmen wurden in der Zwischenzeit durch Blumentröge ersetzt. Die Kommunikation mit den Eigentümern war schnell, verbindlich und freundlich. Vielen Dank nochmals für das Entgegenkommen, den Urlaub kurzfristig um 2 Tage "nach hinten" zu verschieben.

Emplacement idéal, la maison étant située dans un quartier calme, à proximité des commerces et des plages.L'aménagement intérieur, contemporain et très fonctionnel, offre tout le confort souhaité. Quant à l'aménagement extérieur, tous les équipements sont présents pour passer d'excellents moments et la piscine chauffée est vraiment appréciable ! En résumé, un séjour parfait à tout point de vue et un contact très chaleureux avec les propriétaires !

Notre séjour correspondait à notre souhait.

Les propriétaires sont très accueillants, à l'écoute et prêts à aider si besoin.La maison est complète il ne manque rien pour passer un agréable séjour.Pendant la période où nous y étions c'était le silence absolu, idéal pour se reposer mais aussi pour profiter des alentours pour les ballades en vélo, à pieds etc.

Très agréable séjour dans une villa confortable et bien équipée. Elle correspond bien à la description faite sur votre site. La situation est très intéressante proche de tout dans les Landes et du Pays Basque. Elle convient bien pour des vacances en famille ou avec des amis. Toller Urlaub in wunderbarer Lage

Wir wurden herzlich empfangen und haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt in dem sehr schön ausgestatteten Haus. Die Lage ist perfekt für allerlei Ausflüge in die Umgebung. Der Strand und die Innenstadt sind fussläufig zu erreichen. Der Pool ist spitze. Der Grill ebenso. Vielen Dank für die schöne Zeit.

Großzügige Villa mit Pool nähe Fussgängerzone/Canal und Strand

Nette Gastgeber, die auf unsere Bedürfnisse eingegangen sind und auf Fragen schnell reagiert haben. Das Haus liegt in einer Sackgasse, also sehr ruhig. Die Terasse mit Pool ist optimal ausgerichtet , man hat vom Frühstück bis zum Abendessen Sonne. Die Terasse ist zum Teil überdacht, was bei Regen super ist, da man trotzdem schön draußen sitzen kann. Der Pool ist beheizt und war auch für uns Anfang Oktober nutzbar. Er muss abends wieder abgedeckt werden, um die Wärme zu halten, entsprechend morgens dann wieder geöffnet mit einer Handkurbel. Es gab für die Kinder reichlich Wassertiere und Bälle zum Spielen im Pool. Das Haus ist großzügig geschnitten, die Zimmer geschmackvoll eingerichtet, hell und freundlich und mit Schrank (viel Stauraum) sowie elektrischen Rollläden zur Verdunklung versehen. Die Betten sind bequem. Bäder gibt es oben und unten, ebenfalls getrennte WCs. Oben funktionierte die Whirlpool-Funktion der Badewanne nicht, das hat uns aber nicht gestört. Unsere Kinder im Teenageralter hatten die Zimmer. Es hätte noch ein Stockbett im großen Flurbereich vor dem Bad im 1. Stock gegeben. Das haben wir aber nicht genutzt. Hervorzuheben ist v.a. Der viele Stauraum - im EG gibt es einen Garagenraum mit Waschmaschine, Handwaschbecken und vielen Schränken. Das war prima, um unseren ganzen Strand- und Fahrradkram unterzubringen. Im Anschluss ist ein zweiter Abstellraum, in welchem die Poolsachen und das Putzzeug lagerten. Die Küche ist super ausgestattet. Kurzum: man hat alles, was man braucht. Das Auto kann man im abgeschlossenen Hof parken. In die Stadt mit kleiner Fußgängerzone, Markthalle, verschiedenen Bäckereien und einem Carrexour express und zum Kanal geht es mit dem Rad in 2-3 Min. Von dort kann man am Kanal entlang mit dem Rad ca. 1,5 km zum Hafen und der Fischhalle fahren. Auch am wunderschönen Strand zum Surfen oder zu den Fahrradrouten Richtung Süden ist es nicht weit. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt und die Zeit sehr genossen! Absolut empfehlenswert, wir kommen gerne wieder.

Perfekter Urlaub am Atlantik

Uns hat das Haus sehr gut gefallen.Im Haus war alles sehr schön und es hatte eine tolle Einrichtung und in der Küche hat es an nichts gefehlt. Der Pool war sauber und die Terrasse schön zum relaxen. Ausserdem gab es einen sehr schönen Elektrogrill. Die Vermieter waren sehr freundlich und herzlich .Wir habenuns auf Anhieb gut verstanden,auch wenn wir uns mit dem Googleübersetzer verständigt haben
