Das Chalet ist eine wunderbare Mischung aus gemütlich und traditionell und hat trotzdem jede moderne Ausstattung, die man sich wünschen kann. Der Ausblick ist ein Traum und wir haben sogar Rehe durch den Garten laufen sehen. Der Gastgeber ist sehr zuvorkommend und war sehr gut erreichbar.

Harald ist der freundlichste und sympathischste Gastgeber den man sich vorstellen kann! Das Chalet ist sehr idyllisch am oberen Rand des Ortes zwischen Wiesen und Wald am Berghang gelegen. Es hat den Charme einer alten Hütte und ist dabei doch komfortabel genug eingerichtet. Den Holzofen haben wir genutzt um unsere Sachen darüber aufzuhängen und zu trocknen, und den Abend bei knisterndem Feuer gemütlich im Wohnzimmer zu verbringen. Wir waren wegen einer Autopanne ohne Auto gekommen, aber Harald war so nett uns am Bahnhof in Riddes abzuholen und auch wieder zurückzufahren. Die Gondel war mit den Ski gut erreichbar und wir konnten am Ende des Tages auch von der Piste abgehend durch den Wald direkt bis zum Chalet fahren (Harald hat uns genau erklärt wie und wo der Weg geht!). Vielleicht nicht für Anfänger aber gut machbar.Es war eine wunderschöne Woche und wir haben es sehr genossen!

Wir hatten 2 wunderbare Wochen im wunderschönen Chalet von Harald! Es ist an einer tollen Lage mit traumhafter Aussicht. Das Chalet ist sehr charmant und einzigartig. Die Gast Geber sind sehr nett und hilfsbereit, wir kommen gerne wieder! La Tzoumas ist ebenfalls ein tolles Dorf mit einem tollen Laden und gute Verbindung mit dem Lift nach Verbier.

Rigtig hyggelig træhytte beliggende afsides med mulighed for næsten at ski in/out. Værten Harald var utrolig hjælpsom og tilbød os bl.a. at låne hans 4 hjulstrækker da vi skulle til købmanden.

Das kleine Chalet war ein wunderbares Hideaway für unsere Familie (2 Erwachsene, 2 Teeniekinder). Die Schlafplätze liegen alle 4 in gemütlichen Kojen in einem Raum, das Bad ist ganz neu und sehr sauber, und liegt durch eine etwas durchlässige Bretterwand in diesem Raum, man ist sich also sehr nah. Im Wohnraum kann man es sich mit einem Feuer im Kaminofen schön machen und durch eine große Glasscheibe in die Landschaft blicken. Alles unglaublich gemütlich und romantisch, wir waren für uns und konnten durch die Ruhe und die herrliche Natur rund ums Chalet komplett vom Alltag abschalten.

Brilliant chalet

This is a great place to stay for keen skiers who know each other well as the sleeping area is open plan. Great for a family or four very close friends. If you come in winter, you need a 4x4 to have independent access to the chalet. Ski in/ski out for good skiers. Well equipped and extremely charming. The owner Harald is very helpful and always available. Recommended!

Clean, cosy and welcoming

The chalet was the perfect size for our stay, located outside of the village with a beautiful green space where we sat and enjoyed the view out over the mountains. We made the most of the walks around the area and hiked to Iserables, to the Lac des Vaux and across the ridge to Savoleyres, as well as several of the more local routes. Harald was very welcoming and helped us out when we missed the last bus to the village on arrival. Unfortunately in September, the cable car to Savoleyres and over to Verbier doesn't run and most of the shops were shut in the village, so we were completely dependent on our hiking shoes and the local bus & cable car to Iserables/Riddes. Still, we found a few friendly bars and restaurants in La Tzoumaz and the supermarket was open in the mornings for us to buy food! I would love to come back at a different time of year to make the most of the surounding activities and see what La Tzoumas is like with more people in it! Everyone in the village was really friendly and probably wondered why there were two strange Brits walking around completely out of season! Thanks Harald and family for a lovely stay.

Schönes Chalet mit viel Liebe zu Detail

Great chalet for 2 or family with 1-2 children

We (family with 2 children of 9 and 12 years) have had a great week in this nice and cosy chalet. The location is perfect and you can ski directly from/to the chalet, even if you are not an experienced skier. Kids can play outside, there are sledges, the view is great. The owner Harald lives nearby and has been super helpful with tips about the area or when we needed something extra for the chalet. Really, only positives to mention about the ski resort, the village, the chalet, and Harald. Be aware though that the chalet is located on top of the village (which is great for skiing), so direct access to shops or restaurants is limited. We went shopping just before the lifts closed and then skied to the chalet with the groceries in the backpack, but you can also go there by car (Harald provides a complimentary 4WD to the guests) or even walk down. A minor area of opportunity would be to create a space where wet ski clothes and boots can be dried. But it has never been a real constraint for us as we managed also without it.

Nous avons passé un excellent week-end dans la neige, magnifique vue sur les Alpes, dans ce joli petit chalet à la Tzoumaz. La difficulté d'accès - pourtant bien annoncée - ne doit pas être minimisée... mais Harald nous a bien aidé pour arriver à bon port !

Super gemütliches Chalet

Rustikal und dennoch modern. Wer ein freistehendes in den Bergen gelegenes Chalet mit gemütlichem Holz, Kaminfeuer und zeitgemäßer Ausstattung sucht, ist hier genau richtig. Gastgeber Harald ist sehr zuvorkommend. Oben Küche und Wohnzimmer, unten Bad und Schlafzimmer. Schlitten waren auch da, Kaminholz ist im Garten. Super Aufenthalt!
