Garden and private pool with sunplace, including sunbeds and barbacue. Lovely Bay view from 1st floor. Quiet and private but good access from road.

Great house, quiet location, excellent stay

We had a wonderful stay in this well equiped house. Pool was cleaned twice a week and everything was nice and clean. If you prefer a secluded stay with a large pool and only the sound of birds than you should definitly go. Small issues like toilet running and pool circulation were fixed by paula in less than a day. You need a car and then beaches and restaurants are all within 5 minutes drive. Superb holiday, would love to return with our toddler!

Bonita y cómoda casa

La casa es muy agradable y muy cómoda. Con un entorno muy bonito y muy tranquilo. Dispone de todas las comodidades necesarias y la piscina está muy bien y muy limpia. La recepción con Annie fue perfecta y estuvo siempre atenta a nuestras necesidades. Paula, la propietaria, también respondió con amabilidad a todas nuestras peticiones. Pasamos una estupenda semana y esperamos repetir!

Hier ist ein erholsamer Urlaub garantiert.

Wir haben als vierköpfige Familie den Aufenthalt hier sehr genossen. Der Pool , die Tischtennisplatte und die ruhige Lage haben uns sehr gefallen. Auch unseren Inselkontakt Norbert möchten wir hier lobend erwähnen. Kleinere Problemchen wurden umgehend behoben und die Erreichbarkeit war hervorragend. Wir werden bestimmt in den nächsten Jahren mal wieder kommen und können Vermieter, Verwalter und die Finca bestens empfehlen. Beste Grüße aus Berlin.

Finca Son Servera

Schöne große Finca mit 4 Schlafzimmern, 3 Bädern und schönem Pool. Anfahrt zur Finca über Schotterweg der teilweise noch zugeparkt war und dadurch aufgrund von Hecken/Sträuchern große Vorsicht beim Mietwagen angesagt war (Kratzer). Ein Schlafzimmer roch von Anfang an sehr modrig und wurde auch im Laufe der Urlaubstage trotz fast durchgängigem Lüften nicht besser. Die Haustüre ließ sich mit den verfügbaren Schlüsseln von außen nicht öffnen, wir mussten daher immer den "Hintereingang" von der Poolseite aus nehmen an dem das Schloss etwas "hing". Dies hat insgesamt den positiven Eindruck leider etwas geschmälert, aber die Vermieterin und die Mitarbeiter waren sehr nett.

Viel mehr drin und drumherum als man dachte ! Super Preis Leistung !

Wir sind eine "Viel Finca" Familie und wir probieren jeden Herbst ein neues Haus aus. Diese Haus bei Son Servera hat uns überaus positiv überrascht, wir hatten weniger erwartet und mehr bekommen. Wir lieben die Gegend sowieso, besonders den Strand an der Cala Pi. Das Haus befindet sich auf einem sehr grossen Grundstück, es liegt zwar zwischen anderen Häusern, ist aber, dank geschickter sehr schön gewachsener Bepflanzung ( Rosmarinhecken !!), sehr gut versteckt und bietet viel Privatsphäre. Das Haus ist innen gut aufgeteilt, genug Platz für 6 Personen mit der Option auf das Terrassenzimmer mit extra Bad für nochmals 2 Gäste. Sehr gut ausgestattete Küche und ein schön gestaltetes Wohnzimmer mit top Kamin, WLAN und Fernseher! Die Terrasse oben ist der Hit, komplett uneinsehbar mit tollem Blick aufs Meer. Wunderbar überdachte Frückstücksterrasse unten und ein Pool Bereich hinter dem Haus mit der richtigen Sonnenausrichtung !. Leider hat uns die neue Holzzauneinfassung um den Pool überhaupt nicht gefallen, aber es ist natürlich ideal für Familien mit kleinen Kindern, daher nur 4 von 5 Punkten. Lovely house, quite area close to the beach.

We have enjoyed our stay, all has been perfect. The house, despite it has no airconditioning, is cool enough and we have not missed it (our stay was in August). All communication with the owner was effortless. The house is really quite, nice swimming pool and only 5 minutes driving to the beach. We will repeat for sure!

Beautiful and quiet

The house was perfect very secluded and quiet. The finca and the house are lovely. Despite the hot weather, it's cool inside no need for air conditioning. I would definitely recommend.

Très agréable maison

Maison très agréable, la terrasse permet de manger dehors même le midi sous 35°C. La maison est très propre et vraiment entretenue. Les 3 salles de bains et les quatre chambres sont spacieuses, nous recommandons fortement cette maison. Les propriétaires bien que résidents à Palma sont très disponibles et à l'écoute.

The finca belongs to the family, formerly my grandfather, who was a farmer, was cultivating it and still there stay some almond trees of what it was producing. In a year 2007 we've built the house, which was initially thought for personal use, that's why we've taken specially care of details, quality, decoration and comfort. We'd like that our guests take care and enjoy the house as far as we've done it.

Why they chose this property

Villa 2 floors for 8 persons with 4 double bedrooms and 3 baths. Big kitchen, living room, porch, solarium and pool. It is furnished and decorated by modern style, with all facilities. Very good condition, finished in the year 2009. It is 2 kms from Son Servera by road, and 4 km from Cala Millor. Independent and quiet but with neighbors in the nearby. The sea is seen in the distance from the ground floor and specially from the solarium. It has fireplace and heating for radiators in all rooms
