House of 63m2 well equipped with all comfort during your holidays with a large veranda overlooking a large wooden terrace and garden under the pines, located 1,500km from the beach and surf spot, 800m from the golf course, 150 m from the swimming pool of the residence free access open from June 15 to September 15, walk or bike ride and circuit around the lake, access to bike paths right out of the house, 5 minutes drive from the park accrobranches, 23km of Hossegor, 57km of Biarritz, 179km of ski resort of the Atlantic Pyrenees and about 117km of St Sebastian Spain.

El apartamento está en general bien, aunque la sensación que me dio es que es algo incómodo: habitaciones no muy amplias, el único baño que hay está dentro de una habitación, cocina pequeña, y luego el detalle de los apartamentos franceses que no ponen ni toallas ni sábanas. El anfitrión muy amable. La urbanización muy tranquila en las fechas que estuvimos y cerca de la playa de Moliets (5 minutos en bici)

Très agréable séjour

La location est très agréable, bien équipée, conforme à l'annonce. Située dans une résidence de vacances calme même au mois d'août, chaque maison a un terrain suffisant pour pouvoir se sentir chacun chez soi. L'extérieur de la maison est d'ailleurs très bien aménagé. Une fois sur place on peut tout faire à vélo. Les 2 plages sont à 10/15mn. Très bonne communication avec les propriétaires. les échanges ont été faciles et les réponses très rapides. Nous avons apprécié le séjour et reviendrons sans hésitation si nous en avons l'occasion.

L’endroit est charmant entouré de pins. La terrasse est super agréable ! Résidence familiale. Proche des plages , accès facile à vélo. Très bonne communication avec Stéphane qui a été très réactif pour solutionner le problème laissé par les précédents vacanciers. Les vélos à dispo sont un vrai plus pour se déplacer !

Charmante maisonnette de vacances très bien située dans un environnement calme

Cette maison dispose de tout le confort et l'équipement necessaire pour un séjour agréable. Les vélos à dispo sont un plus. La résidence est très calme et les commerces et les plages sont à proximité. Tout était parfaitement conforme à l'annonce. Les propriétaires sont très accueillants. La location est très bien située, calme. La piscine est à 1 ou 2 min à pied. Tout est accessible à velo. Moins de 10min des 2 plages à vélo. Il y a de nombreuses pistes cyclables.

Nous avons apprécié notre location confortable, propre et fonctionnelle ainsi que le calme de la résidence . Les petits commerces et les plages sont accessibles depuis la résidence à pied ou à vélo. En voiture nous n’avons eu aucune difficulté pour stationner. En résumé un très bon séjour qui a permis à toute la famille de se ressourcer.

Jolie petite location bien située

Petit bungalow dans une résidence très calme et boisée. Une grande terrasse entoure presque toute la maison ce qui permet d'avoir soleil ou ombre à tout moment de la journée. La maison est très bien équipée. Il y a même une machine à laver ce qui est très appréciable avec des enfants. Les propriétaires sont très accueillants, à votre écoute et super réactif si besoin. Ils ont un vrai sens de l'accueil. Attention toutefois le ballon d'eau chaude est un peu juste à 4 et pourtant on coupait l'eau pour se savonner et chaque enfant restait maximum 3-4 minutes dans la douche. Heureusement qu'il y a un lave-vaisselle car douche à 4 personnes et vaisselle à la main ne sont pas compatibles. La résidence est très proche de la plage tout en étant assez éloignée pour ne pas subir les désagréments. On est à 10 minutes de Vieux Boucau où vous pourrez profiter des marchés tout les jours, des rues commerçantes et du lac marin. Au centre des landes : 45 minutes vers le bas Biarritz et 45 minutes vers le nord : Mimizan. Encore merci aux propriétaires pour leur super accueil.

Für uns eine sehr erholsame Zeit in Moliets-et-Maa

Die Wohnung ist sehr schön und wir haben die Zeit in Moliets sehr genossen. Der Vermieter ist sehr nett und hat sich schon im Vorfeld telefonisch um uns bemüht. Die Außenanlage des Hauses ist sehr schön gemacht und hat wesentlich zu dem gelungenen Aufenthalt beigetragen. Das Umfeld des Hauses ist auch sehr schön und vor allem ruhig. Der Pool ist ganz in der Nähe. Es sind gerade mal 100 Meter zu laufen. Die Ausstattung ist perfekt. Es ist alles da, was man braucht, sogar ein Elektrogrill. Kritisch anzumerken ist, dass die Möbel, vor allem in der Küche und im Schlafzimmer, dringend erneuert werden müssten. Sie sind in einem sehr schlechten Zustand und fallen schon auseinander. Ebenso hat das ganze Haus einen muffeligen Geruch, der aber vielleicht daher kommt, dass es schon länger nicht mehr vermietet war. Wir mussten auf jeden Fall tagelang durchlüften. Wir waren als Paar in dem Haus und für uns war es vollkommen in Ordnung. Mit zwei Kindern geht es vielleicht auch noch, aber für 4 Erwachsene wäre es mir zu klein, da das zweite Schlafzimmer kaum Stauraum bietet und das Durchgangszimmer zu den Toiletten ist.

Nous avons été très bien accueillis par la responsable sur place de la location, de bons conseils et très sympathique . Cependant , l'accueil n'a pas effacé notre déception à l’arrivée . Des réparations n ont pas été faites : plusieurs ampoules non remplacées ont rendu l'appartement sombre , une prise deboitee du mur , la porte coulissante de la S.deB. qui se bloque et un manque de propreté ( toute la vaisselle à relaver ... ) En revanche, la situation de la maison est idéale, la terrasse agréable et la grande chambre très sympa.
