We had 2 great weeks in Moliets. The house with view at hole 17 of the golf course. Nice, but cold pool.

Très bon séjour

Belle petite maison très bien située au calme mais proche de toutes les facilités (plage, commerces, restaurants...). Sa localisation est vraiment un grand avantage. La résidence dispose d'une très belle piscine privée agréable et calme. Les contacts avec les propriétaires sont faciles et réactifs. La personne qui est sur place (Gaelle) est très gentille et accessible. Ce logement est idéale pour 4 personnes installées confortablement. Le petit point d'amélioration, est la qualité du Wifi qui n'est pas top (avec deux ados connectés).

Un séjour agréable

Maison dans une grande résidence mais au calme avec le golf en face, espace extérieur très agréable. La maison est joliment décorée, confortable et bien équipée, il y a même des jeux pour les enfants. Nous avons apprécié la piscine de la résidence ainsi que les activités à proximité : plage, petite place animée avec le marché et les restaurants à proximité Le seul petit bémol serait le ménage à l'arrivée qui pourrait être un peu plus poussé. Nous avons passé un très bon séjour :-)

Sehr geschmackvoll eingerichtet, alles was man braucht ist vorhanden. Die Lage ist ruhig mit einem schönen Blick ins Grüne. Vom Haus ist alles wichtige fußläufig zu erreichen. Ob Familie oder als Paar ist die Unterkunft sehr zu empfehlen

Bel appartement très bien situé pour passer des vacances à la mer en famille. La résidence est calme, beaucoup d’espace pour les enfants courir. Petits bémols : piscine non chauffée (non indiqué dans l’annonce), un lit inutilisable et maison humide (premiers locataires de la saison).

Très content que vous ayez passé de bonnes vacances ! Merci pour vos retours précieux. Nous avons spécifié sur l’annonce que la piscine n’est pas chauffée pour éviter les mal entendus 😉 Pour le lit quel dommage de ne pas avoir prévenu de suite notre concierge car nous serions intervenus immédiatement. Ce sont des choses qui arrivent et nous sommes tellement navrés. 😔 Sachez qu’il a été changé des votre départ. La maison est ouverte très souvent durant l’année c’est notre deuxième maison, mais avant votre arrivée il y a eu de gros orages… est-ce cela qui a donné la sensation d’humidité ? Nous serions ravis de vous retrouver l’an prochains avec les améliorations faites grâce à vos retours 🤗

Wonderful house for family holiday

Fabulous location, close to shops, bars and restaurant. Huge pool (which was well heated.). Plenty of space for us including our bikes/surfboards/skateboards etc. Really nice homely feel, nice and modern. Will be coming back!!

Tolle Lage, toller Garten, toller Strand, viele Möglichkeiten!

Wir hatten einen sehr schönen Urlaub. Man kann Schwimmen, Wellenreiten, Radfahren, Laufen, Volleyball spielen, Wandern oder einfach nur ein Buch genießen. Die Anlage rund ums Haus ist gut durchdacht. Wir haben uns wohl gefühlt.

Logement au top

Logement tout à fait conforme à l’annonce : très bien équipé et magnifiquement décoré et idéalement situé. La maisonnette est au fond d’une jolie résidence avec piscine et donne sur le golf et un grand parc arboré, idéal pour les enfants. Il n’y a pas de vis à vis (à part quelques écureuils grimpants sur les chênes lieges). Une place de parking privative est juste à côté de l’entrée et d’autres places de parking sont facilement accessibles aux alentours. La magnifique plage de Moliets est à 10 min à pieds ainsi que les différents commerces, marchés et animations. En bref, nous y avons passé une très agréable semaine !

Tout y est - All you could need is there

Together with my wife and my two daughters we spent 11 wonderful days at this location. Really everything you could need during a relaxing vacation near the Atlantic is already there. From the washing machine till the vacuum cleaner - everything you could need. We spend most of our days at the 'Plage des Chênes Lièges' which is just a 20min foot walk from the Terrasse though a nice shady path - when you are willing to invest even a few more minutes you can almost be alone at this beautiful beach. We are very thankful that we had the opportunity to be guests at this location and looking forward to repeating this in the near future.
