A 2 min. Of the beach, a house of character, fully equipped with a sheltered terrace of the wind, in the sun of the morning until the end of the afternoon, to take the breakfast in the sun. A wood fire, cellar for bicycles, 3 rooms spread over 2 floors for the comfort of each (2 bathrooms and 1 shower). Private garden, 2 non-paying parking spaces in front of the house including one in the ramp.
