Located in a closed and secure residence, this apartment (type F 2/3) completely renovated with taste consists of a pleasant and bright living room opening onto a terrace with small sea view, a bedroom with window fitted with bedding quality, a cabin entrance with BZ (mattress 15 cm thick), a bathroom with bathtub and a kitchen with all modern comforts (dishwasher, washing machine etc ...). It is equipped for 4 people.
The supervised beach throughout the summer season is only 50 meters on foot, with no road to cross.
Also at your disposal: the swimming pool of the residence as well as a secure parking space.
Many activities nearby: Aqualand (700 m), walks, nautical and aquatic sports, horse riding, sea trips to discover the coast and Collioure from the port of Saint-Cyprien.

Perfect little apartment for a stay by the beach, it really is close to the sea. Restaurant and a useful small shop just next door for fresh baked goods. Totally recommended!

Un agréable séjour à Saint-Cyprien

Nous avons passé un agréable séjour à Saint-Cyprien. L’appartement est propre, confortable et est équipé de tout ce qu’il faut (lave-vaisselles, lave-linge, piscine, terrasse..) Le logement se situe à 2min à pied d’une belle plage de sable et à 5min en voiture du centre-ville. Merci Patrick pour votre gentillesse et votre disponibilité !

Location agréable, mais cependant trop éloignée du centre et des activités. Plage de galets, prévoir des chaussures pour accéder à l’eau. La piscine était fermée lors de notre séjour et aurait dû être mentionnée sur l’offre.

Madame, Je suis très surprise, voire un peu déçue de votre appréciation qui me semble à minima injuste voire légèrement malhonnête. En effet, la localisation de l'appartement ( Saint Cyprien Sud ) sur le site, vous permettait aisément de le localiser. Ensuite, concernant la piscine, en cette période de Covid, les copropriétés décident au dernier moment de laisser fermé ou d'ouvrir aux dates qui leur conviennent. A ce propos, je vous ai contactée dès votre réservation afin de vous en informer. Je vous ai même proposé d'annuler, comprenant très bien votre déception. Néanmoins, vous avez décliné ma proposition d'annulation et choisi de venir quand même. Bref, nous sommes habitués à de meilleurs commentaires et recevons plus souvent des personnes ravies de leur séjour heureusement ( cf les autres appréciations ). Je vous souhaite toutefois une bonne continuation et espère que vous aurez tout de même profité de votre séjour dans notre belle région.

bon séjour

belle endroit appartement fonctionnel, partie commune propre ,petits commerces à proximité. Dommage que nous n'ayons pas pu profiter de la piscine de la résidence qui était fermée grosse déception à notre arrivée.

Die Wohnung war für 4 Personen definitiv zu klein. Die Umgebung war sehr nett und sauber, der Strand war keine 5 Minuten (zu Fuß) entfernt. Der Altersdurchschnitt der anderen Urlauber in der Anlage lag bei 60+. Für unsere Kinder war dies natürlich schwierig und auf Dauer auch ein bisschen langweilig. Da mein Mann und ich leider nur sehr schlecht französisch sprechen war es bei ausschließlich französischen Urlaubern auch für uns nicht ganz einfach.

Rien à redire, superbe appartement très bien situé dans un état irréprochable. Il y a tous ce que l'on a besoin dans un appartement. La plage est à coté, la ville et le port aussi. A renouveler.
