This is the beginning of your perfect Hawaiian vacation.

Overlooking the powerful Pacific Ocean and the spectacular Poipu coastline, this nani (beautiful and enjoyable) resort is ohana (home) to twelve oceanfront condos that feature spectacular views as well as a beautiful ocean-front swimming pool, sunset deck and BBQ. Located in the heart of Poipu Beach, you have access to all that Kauai has to offer: sandy beaches for swimming and snorkeling, exciting hiking trails, waterfalls, golf, shopping, and more. A favorite pastime is simply watching the ocean from your expansive lanai and listening to the waves crashing on the rocks.

Wake up to the sounds of the sea. From your 30-foot private lanai, watch Honu (sea turtles) and seasonal Kohala (humpback whales). Enjoy spectacular island sunsets and tropical breezes, all in the comfort of your island home.

Poipu Palms is a boutique complex with only 12 units. You will have easy access, mostly on an oceanfront pathway, east to Shipwreck Beach and the Grand Hyatt Kauai, where you can wander around lush tropical gardens or indulge in a reviving treatment at the world-class Anara Spa. You are also a short distance to the Marriott, Kauai Sheraton, Poipu Beach Park, the iconic Brennecke’s Beach and Beach Grill.

The owners of Poipu Palms take great pride in our Hawaii homes. We have an ocean-front pool and an Ocean Deck looking over the spectacular Pacific Ocean.

For sleeping arrangements, we provide a queen bed in the primary bedroom and two twin beds in the second bedroom. The linens are made of high-quality Egyptian cotton.

For your beach excursions, the condo comes equipped with four new Tommy Bahama sand chairs, a Tommy Bahama umbrella, luxurious beach towels, and sand toys.

Our two-bedroom, two-bath condo offers cable TV with a DVD player and the fastest free wireless internet on the island. There is a washer/dryer and a fully equipped kitchen with spices and seasoning oils. The kitchen under-the-sink cabinet containing laundry soap and cleaning products has an easy-to-use, toddler-proof locking mechanism. We provide welcoming Hawaii coffee, toiletries, paper products, and laundry detergent.

We had a great experience here. The availability of beach supplies was great - coolers, chairs, umbrellas, snorkel gear, bags, etc. We made good use of the kitchen & gear. Loved sitting on the balcony in the morning.

The view

The ocean view sitting on the lanai enjoying a morning coffee was the best! The condo was clean, closely situated to Poipu Beach and Shipwreck Beach. Communication with the property manager was great and check in was very easy. Would recommend staying here for a relaxing home away from home.

Great Experience

The unit was spotless and could not have been better equipped. The Poi Pu area is fantastic. Check in and out of the unit was excellent and the property manager was always available and notified us promptly of a couple issues we needed to be aware of. Would definitely rent this unit again.

Turtles from the Balcony!

We really enjoyed our stay at Poipu Palms. The view is incredible (we saw turtles pretty much all day every day), house was well appointed, clean and comfortable. My daughter really enjoyed swimming in the pool.

The condo has a spacious living area and a truly great lanai - the view from the lanai is picture perfect! The community deck and pool are also top notch. Great location and we’d definitely recommend this property to others. and stay here again.

We had an AMAZING week long stay. The beach chairs and umbrella were so helpful. The place was fully stocked with everything we needed to cook and enjoy our time. The beds were comfortable and it was very clean. We did see several turtles off the sun deck. Loved the location, so close to Poipu Beach and places to eat etc.

Peaceful, beautiful Kauai condo

This condo was wonderful. Clean, great views, good locations, well stocked with useful items. We traveled with our 10 and 12 year olds and were all pleased. We would definitely recommend and go back ourselves.

Million Dollar View and Location…

An incredible view with a big lanai and living space, centrally-located to hikes, beaches, church, stores, food shopping and great restaurants (especially Merriman’s). Fantastic Stay

As soon as we walked in and saw the view we were so excited about our choice to stay here. The unit was as expected and the kitchen had everything we needed. My kids (age 7 and 9), loved the ocean front pool and often had it to themselves. We also enjoyed seeing turtles and humpback whales from the pool deck. Poipu Beach was a 10 minute walk away, and everything else in Poipu was a very short drive. The property manager checked in with us shortly after arrival and brought coffee and chocolates. A sweet gesture. We have stayed at larger resort properties in Poipu before, but we would choose to stay here again over returning to the large properties. We loved it.

This was our second time staying in your beautiful condo. Everything we needed was there! Nice quiet property with a sensational view. Beautiful location!

We loved our stay the condo is beautiful and the views are breathtaking. It is in a amazing location. Ocean front. The only drawback is it is a noisy place at times because there is close neighbors and other condos remodeling. That is no fault of the owner. Very nice vacation. Thank you.

Three Tickets to Paradise

We were excited to take our adult son to Kauai for the first time and wanted to find the perfect place where we would all be comfortable. This unit was absolutely perfect. We had plenty of space, comfortable furnishings and amazing views! I was concerned about the lack of AC but was very comfortable with the fans and slept great! We highly recommend this property and hope to be back for another visit!

Fabulous!!!

We were here for a 7 night stay. The condo was wonderfully apportioned, we had all that we needed. The pictures do not do it justice. The view is magnificient from every window and seat in the house. Diane was extremely helpful with questions and suggestions. The island is amazing! We saw turtles every day and a couple days where we saw whales breaching. We definitely would stay here again!! A very relaxing stay!

Amazing ocean

The ocean is an overwhelming presence. It breathes, it roars, it sings. The colors are ever changing. The palm trees are swaying in the breeze. It is one of the best places I have ever stayed at. On a more practical side, the bedrooms were very nice, the bathrooms perfect and the kitchen splendidly equipped. The living room spacious and welcoming. The lanai (balcony) the focus of our stay - we had all our meals there at the table for four. The swimming pool was very nice and my granddaughter loved it. The grounds are beautiful and well kept. All in all - a wonderful experience!

Literally perfect vacation

We were super selective choosing a property for one of our last family vacations before our oldest graduates. This property exceeded expectations. Everything is updated, beautiful, comfortable and leaves nothing to want. The condo has beautiful appliances, detergent, etc. The view is beyond proper description. We enjoyed early quiet mornings with coffee, and evenings listening to the surf. It’s a 15 out Of 10. Absolutely beautiful. We will definitely be back, and we will refer all we can to enjoy this incredible property. Super special, and so grateful we booked our vacation at Poipu Palms 202!

We couldn't have chosen a better place to spend our Kauai vacation!

The condo was wonderful with all the amenities we were looking for during our vacation. The kitchen had all the appliances and gadgets we needed to cook the multiple meals we prepared. We used the grill in the common space twice which was great. The pool was perfect and we had it to ourselves most of the time. We watched turtles every day and night from the lanai of the condo or the pool deck. The bed and sofa were very comfortable. We used the fans quite a bit since August is a hot month in Kauai and they worked well to cool down the condo in the evenings. Thank you for helping make our vacation amazing! I would definitely not hesitate to stay here again! On our last morning we were watching the sea turtles and a rainbow appeared. A minute later 10 dolphins swam by!! Seriously that just about sums it up!!
