Beautiful contemporary T3 apartment in recent luxury residence. Very bright living room with American kitchen and large south-west facing balcony, each of the 2 bedrooms, one of which is on the lower floor (duplex), has its own bathroom and balcony.
The whole is sober, pleasantly furnished for a wonderful holiday. Although at the edge of the street (dead end) the site is very quiet even in high season.
For 4 people. Ideal for two couples (apartment on two levels).
Do not forget your bikes to discover all the rides around the Basin!

Sehr schöne Wohnung in super Lage

Die Wohnung war sehr geschmackvoll mit Liebe zum Detail eingerichtet. Die Lage direkt am Hafen war super. Die Wohnung war sauber und sehr gut ausgestattet. Einziger Kritikpunkt ist das Zimmer im Untergeschoss. Es hatte keine Klimaanlage und die Größe des Bettes war für zwei Personen etwas klein.

L’appartement est très confortable, très bien équipé. Nous avons passé un excellent séjour. La terrasse est particulièrement agréable pour les déjeuners et soupers. Appartement idéalement situé, dans un environnement calme.

Tolles Apartment mit super Blick

Tolle Lage Sehr gut und geschmackvoll eingerichtet. Komplett ausgestattete Küche. Alles da was man braucht. Klimaanlage hat sehr geholfen bei 33 Grad C. Wir haben uns wie zuhause gefühlt. Sehr netter Kontakt bei der Übergabe. Alles easy. Gerne wieder.

Atlantik pur, wunderbar!

Das zweigeschossige Appartement ist perfekt gelegen und geschmackvoll eingerichtet. Alles ist vorhanden zum Wohnen, Kochen und Wohlfühlen. Mit Blick auf den Hafen auf dem Balkon frühstücken, und zu den Fischrestaurants im Hafen ist es nur ein kleiner Spaziergang. Das Appartement ist klasse gelegen, in wenigen Minuten zu den Stränden im Becken von Arcachon und nur ein klein wenig länger zur Dune du Pilat und den angrenzenden Stränden am Atlantik. Auch nach Bordeaux ist es nicht weit. Wir haben Bordeaux mit dem Zug besucht. Der Bahnhof von La Teste in vom Appartement in 12 Minuten zu Fuß sehr gut zu erreichen. Die Bahnfahrt nach Bordeaux dauert nur 50 Minuten. Ein wunderbarer Urlaub für die ganze Familie, tolles Appartement, sehr zuvorkommende und freundliche Kommunikation mit der Besitzerin. Wir kommen sehr gerne wieder.

Wunderschönes Feriendomizil

Vielen Dank für die wunderschöne Zeit, die wir in diesem Apartment verbringen durften. Gerne würden wir noch einen Stern mehr für den fantastischen Ausblick auf den Austernhafen geben, den wir von unserem Balkon genießen durften. Appartement très bien situé!

L'appartement est très bien situé (en face port ostréicole) et très agréable. Celine nous a chaleureusement reçu et nous la remercions pour ses conseils et sa gentillesse (merci d'avoir retrouvé et renvoyé la montre de notre fils ;o). Nous ne pouvons que le recommander!

La meilleure vue de la Teste !

Appartement confortable et bien décoré , parfait pour 4 , situé au calme dans le port ostréicole et proche des commodités. La vue est superbe : on ne se lasse pas des lumières changeantes au fil des heures jusqu'au couchers de soleil ... à noter l'accueil sympathique de Céline en prime bref nous recommandons vivement !

Très bon contact avec la propriétaire très disponible. Elle a répondu à toutes nos questions. Logement idéalement situé avec vue très agréable et dégagée ( cf photos du site) Bon confort à bord dont un bon lit. Si bémol il devrait y avoir, c’est le manque d’un parasol pour la terrasse Merci pour tout Jd Puistienne

EXCELLENT

Dès notre arrivée, nous nous sommes sentis « comme à la maison » L’appartement est situé dans une coquette petite résidence, bien conçu, parfaitement agencé et décoré avec beaucoup de goût. Rien ne manquait et nous avons apprécié la qualité des équipements. Très bien situé, nous avons pu profiter du spectacle quotidien des bateaux. Nous avons également beaucoup aimé la Teste de Buch qui possède tous les commerces et est le point de départ idéal pour visiter la belle région d’Arcachon. Un grand merci pour les huîtres offertes à l’arrivée et qui nous ont permis de faire connaissance avec l’ostréiculteur voisin. Il nous a fait découvrir son métier et est devenu notre fournisseur attitré pendant notre séjour. Nous avons passé d’excellentes vacances bien reposantes dans un environnement calme et riche de découvertes et de plaisirs gastronomiques. Cela nous a vraiment donné envie de revenir.
