Property with 3 bedrooms with 4 beds (1 double, 2 singles and 1 sofa bed) and 2 bathrooms (shower, sink and toilet) for up to 6 persons. Private garden and private pool. The entrance gives access to the lounge that has Spanish television, Wifi. Kitchen with appliances. In the living / kitchen there is direct access to the terrace and private pool. Very nice view over the mountains.

40 minutes from the beaches of San Juan de los Terreros / Águilas and Garrucha Mojåcar /. Located on the outskirts of Huercal-Overa, 10 minutes from the city center with restaurants, supermarkets, bars, etc ... Parque Aquatico Vera at 35 min and Theme Park Oasis Western Park at 1 h in Tabernas. Almeria city and Murcia city 1 hour. Alicante at 1h30. Granada and Alhambra 2 hours.

GĂ©rardo nous a accueillis chaleureusement. Nous avons passĂ© un magnifique sĂ©jour, la maison correspond exactement Ă  la description, le hameau un peu Ă©loignĂ© de Huercal-OvĂ©ra permet d'ĂȘtre au calme sans ĂȘtre loin de la mer.Nous avons pu aller courir sur les diffĂ©rentes pistes au fond du rio Ă  proximitĂ© sans ĂȘtre gĂšnĂ©s par la circulation. Super séjour

Maison spacieuse, au calme, trés bien équipée et propre ainsi que le jardin. Le plus la véranda avec le moustiquaire (pas de mouches, guepes...). Famille avec 2 enfants qui ont bien profité de la piscine propre. La ville est à 8 mn en voiture (magasins, bars...). Les propriétaires sont trÚs sympathique!

We hebben hier 2 weken doorgebracht en hebben enorm genoten. De tuin is mooi, niet al te groot, maar wel een mooie zitplaats met horren, dus nooit last van vliegen, wespen of wat dan ook tijdens het eten. Groot pluspunt. In de winter te koud om daar te zitten en met veel wind ook. Ruimte in huis is ruim voldoende. Jammer dat auto niet op eigen terrein kan. Bedden en badkamers zijn prima in orde. Aan de keuken stellen wij altijd hoge eisen, omdat koken een grote hobby is van ons, maar in de meeste keukens zijn er te weinig schalen en te weinig keukengereedschap. Schalen waren er voldoende en keukengereedschap is ook voldoende. Koekenpannen zouden na elke verhuurperiode automatisch vernieuwd moeten worden ivm antiaanbaklaag die versleten is, omdat velen niet weten hoe ermee om te gaan, helaas. Geen pannenzetters, ovenwanten en geen wasmand aanwezig, dit zijn wel minpunten vinden wij. Bovenal zouden we hier graag nog eens terugkomen. Gerardo en Stephanie zijn geweldig. Gr Johan en Monique

Lovely Villa wrong location.

The area of La Perulera is very quiet, there is no bars and restaurants near by so a car is essential , the Villa is well equipped and spacious .The outside area and the pool is pleasing to the eye but in our experience unusable due to huge numbers of flys wasps and other flying insects whilst the pool was too cold to enjoy.There is a small fly screen area which was a god send for eating and a gas bbq which was great .The town of Huercal Overa was disappointing as very spread out and no ambience.The local area is mainly Pig farms and our nostrils took the full force ....not nice .The property is well managed and transition was really smooth.Perfect Villa wrong location .

Glorious, peaceful villa.

We loved our two weeks at this villa. The interior was really nice and luxurious especially the kitchen and bathrooms. It was lovely and clean, well equipped and modern. The exterior really was the highlight. The glorious pool, the large, hardly overlooked, plot and the amazingly practical enclosed, fly-free terrace made meal times and evenings a joy. A gas barbecue was a really useful added bonus. Location is truly isolated but the town of Huercal-Overa with all its amenities and supermarkets is only a ten minute drive away. We found Consum in the middle of town good and Lidl on the way in ok as a top up. Mercadona on the high street seemed a bit dated and similar in price to Consum. We heartily recommend this villa. Gerardo, the property manager, lives in the villa opposite and was extremely helpful, dealing with any queries we had very promptly. .

Wunderschöner Urlaub mit der Familie

Wir haben 3 sehr schöne Wochen von Mai bis Juni in diesem modernen Haus verbracht. Mit 4 Erwachsenen und einem 3 jĂ€hrigen Kind hat man hier wirklich sehr viel Platz und alles, was man braucht. Am meisten begeistert hat uns allerdings die Terrasse, die komplett mit einem Moskitonetz eingespannt war. Hier konnte man abends ohne Probleme sitzen und musste keine Angst vor MĂŒckenstichen oder Krabbeltieren haben! Das Haus: Das Haus ist wie auf den Bildern zu sehen sehr modern eingerichtet. Vor allem die amerikanische KĂŒche ist das absolute Highlight. Man hat hier zwei verschiedene WasserzugĂ€nge, wobei eines sogar als Trinkwasser verwendet werden kann. Man muss also nicht (wie in Spanien fast ĂŒberall) Wasserkanister kaufen und nach Hause schleppen. Außerdem ist der KĂŒhl- und Gefrierschrank sehr praktisch. Er ist ausreichend groß und er bereitet sogar EiswĂŒrfel vor. Garten: Der Garten ist komplett mit Kieselsteinen ausgelegt. Hier sollte man sich ein paar Schlappen mitbringen, um dort gut drĂŒber laufen zu können. Der Pool wurde die ganze Zeit wunderbar gepflegt und wir hatten alle sehr viel Spaß darin. Er hat eine optimale GrĂ¶ĂŸe! Die Garage kann man fĂŒr das Auto nicht nutzen, jedoch ist es völlig problemlos, dieses auf der Straße abzustellen. Das Haus befindet sich in einer Sackgasse und man kann direkt vor dem Eingangstor parken! Umgebung: Da das Haus sehr abgelegen ist (ca. 10-15 Minuten zur nĂ€chsten Stadt) benötigt man hier auf jeden Fall ein Auto! In Huercal-Overa befinden sich 3 große SupermĂ€rkte (Lidl, Mercadona, Consum) in denen man alles findet, was man braucht. Außerdem gibt es hier montags und donnerstags zwei schöne MĂ€rkte! In der Stadt befindet sich außerdem noch ein großer Park (Adolfo SuĂĄrez). Hier befinden sich zwei sehr schöne SpielplĂ€tze, ein paar Tiere (Pferde, HĂŒhner, Pfaue, usw.), ein Platz mit SportgerĂ€ten und einem kleinen Kiosk mit freundlichen Mitarbeitern und schönen Sitzgelegenheiten. Ansonsten muss man vom Haus aus immer eine weitere Strecke in Kauf nehmen. Aber innerhalb von 1-2 Stunden Fahrt findet man so einiges zu erleben: MĂ€rkte, ein Schwimmbad (Aquavera), die Westernstadt (Minihollywood), die Burg in Lorca, ein großes Einkaufszentrum in Murcia und vieles mehr. Wir wĂŒrden uns freuen, bald wieder hier unseren Urlaub zu verbringen und bedanken uns bei dem sehr freundlichen und hilfsbereiten Vermieter Gerd! Vielen vielen Dank und alles Gute!

Absolutely wonderful!

We came to this villa (3 people) at the end of September and were the last guests of the season, even though it was the end of the season the weather was still lovely, at least 25 degrees C+, we stayed for 10 days and only had one day of rain and a storm, that wasn't a problem for us as it looked great from our view as you are surrounded by great scenery. The house in itself was great, it has everything you need and much more. We especially loved the outside porch which was protected with built in fly nets so you can sit outside and enjoy the heat and you are able to eat outside without being bothered by insects! The kitchen is beautiful and we enjoyed using it. The living room and bedrooms are basic but still very nice. There is also a gas BBQ which isn't mentioned in the information so it was a lovely surprise. We loved the pool and were in it almost everyday despite the fact it was a little chilly! The location was amazing, we hardly saw neighbours and never had complaints for music. It was a lovely relaxed neighbourhood. A car is definitely needed as you are in a very secluded area which we enjoyed, it was very peaceful. The nearest town was about a 10-15min drive from the house which was great, it has lovely little shops and a nice local supermarket. One thing we were unhappy about but it wasn't really a problem is that the garage is not for use with a car, it is full so the car has to be parked outside the property. This wasn't mentioned in the information about the house. All in all we had a wonderful time and wanted to stay longer and still miss it now! We would definitely consider coming back in the future. Lovely hosts! Thank you again to the owners.

Villa totalmente bien equipada y en buen estado, muy limpio y bien cuidado. Las playas de alrededor muy bonitas. La piscina en muy buen estado. Perfecto para pasar unas vacaciones y desconectar.

Casa preciosa y cĂłmoda, en realidad mucho mejor que aprece en las fotos aunque en las fotos ya aparece magnifico. Piscina privada. Casa de lujo. vistas preciosas. cerca de Huercal-Overa donde hay supermercados, restaurantes, bares, hospital y farmacias. Unas vacaciones de lujo ! Propietarios muy amables y correctos.

WONDERFUL !

The house is perfect, with all the staff needed. Very modern, with a vey nice swimming pool. At 30min of the sea, 2h of Grenade. We had very very nice holidays, and we will comme back for sure ! :-) The electricity costs about 100€ for 1 mont in august, in addition of the rental.
