Very nice and sympathic stay

The house is in a very calm and quiet environment. It's very close to the coastal footpath and offers splendid views over the petite mer de Gavres. It's location makes it an ideal base for excursions in southern Brittany.

Vacances en bord de mer

Tranquillité et calme sont les maîtres mots pour cette maison. L’emplacement en bord de mer est très agréable et la pêche à pied un plaisir. Bémol : une partie du mobilier de terrasse manquait.

Wohfühlhaus

Sehr geschmackvoll eingerichtetes Haus. Man merkt, dass es keine reine Ferienwohnung ist, sondern von den Besitzern auch selbst bewohnt wird. Das ließ uns über kleinere Mängel (z.B. Duschwand nicht 100% dicht) gerne hinweg sehen. Der Garten ist zwar nicht groß. Die Terrasse bietet jedoch genug Platz für den Gartentisch und viele gemütliche Essen draußen. Wir haben uns super erholt.

Urlaub vom 7.7.18 - 14.7.18 in Riantec

Das Haus liegt sehr ruhig im Ortskern von Riantec. Sehr schöner, komplett geschlossener Garten. Wohnzimmer und Küche im EG sind gemütlich eingerichtet. Die Schlafzimmer im 1. OG sind zweckmäßig und sauber, ebenso das Bad. Leider gibt es keine Möglichkeit den Duschkopf zu befestigen, sodass man ihn in der Hand halten muss während man duscht. Im 2. OG gibt es noch ein ebenso zweckmäßiges und sauberes Schlafzimmer, das wir wegen der hohen Temperaturen, die während unserem Aufenthalt herrschten, nicht genutzt haben. Ca. 2 min. Fußweg gibt es einen guten Bäcker. Für erholungsbedürftige Urlauber der richtige Ort😊 Der lange Sandstrand ist super. Gute Einkaufsmöglichkeiten, mit dem Auto zu erreichen.

Grande maison dans un environnement zen

Nous nous sommes perdu dans cette grande maison à quatre (un couple et deux enfants de (9 et 13 ans). Le jardin est très sympa. De très bonnes lectures sont à disposition (mes enfants ont découvert avec bonheur "Quartiers lointains", merci). Tout le nécessaire est à disposition, y compris un peu de charbon de bois pour le barbecue. Le nec plus ultra est la situation. On est ici dans un petit village ultra calme loin de la cohue des stations balnéaires telles que Quiberon. Pas de bruit de voiture. Le village est typique avec son petit bar-tabac et sa petite boulangerie (bonheur d'y aller chercher ses croissants en pantoufles, même si ce n'est pas la meilleure de Riantec). Nous avons eu une semaine de plein soleil. Recommendé.

gite fonctionnel , bien équipé et bien placé

Gite bien agréable, fonctionnel et bien équipé; bien placé pour les visites et les randonnées. Extérieur convivial...nous avions choisi la bonne semaine pour le temps. Merci pour les nombreuses épices qui ont fait voyager nos papilles. Le chien était triste de quitter la petite mer de Gavres. La proximité d'un bon boulanger était très appréciable.

Maison très agréable

Maison très spacieuse, agréable et propre. il y a tout le nécessaire pour la cuisine, la TV grand écran, wifi... Il y a 3 vraies chambres avec une bonne literie. La terrasse est magnifique et aménagée avec beaucoup de goût. Il y a du soleil toute la journée :) et sans vis-à'vis. Excellent rapport qualité/prix

Un lieu magique....Tout est dit...Que du positif,, une maison très sympa, une déco superbe (pas de la récup) mais de très belles choses avec du goût... Le calme, le soleil, des sentiers derrière la maison à empruntés sans hésitations...Location très bien située, proche de la Trinité, Carnac, Quiberon...Un boulanger à 50 m qui fait du pain et des Kouign Amann à tomber ...Un jardin au calme avec des passiflores..& cerise sur le gateau un canapé hyper confortable ...Voilà, ne cherchez pas ailleurs ce qui est là tout près à un prix hyper sympa ...J'oubliai accueil sympathique, rapide et de confiance .... Petite info qui a son importance, nous avons passé une journée en 2 CV ...Géniale à Pluvignier (30 kms) accueil et gentillesse comme les Bretons savent le faire = Extra !...Que du bonheur pour un séjour de qualité ! Merci à Gabriel....PAS D'HESITATION...

Très agréable maison à Riantec

Très agréable maison avec beaucoup de charme à l'intérieur. Spacieuse, fonctionnelle et très propre. Nous avons passé une bonne semaine avec beaucoup d'activités, comme la pèche à pied ou les balades nombreuses sur les sentiers côtiers. Le propriétaire est sympathique et donne de nombreux conseils.

Nous avons passé une excellente semaine dans cette spacieuse location située au sein d'une petite ville de bord de mer, sans nuisances. La Famille est à l'écoute et très réactive. La location est conforme à l'annonce et le jardin quoi que petit, est ensoleillé et permet de prendre les repas à l' extérieur. Location propre et correctement équipée. Des tas de sites à visiter et un très beau Musée des anciens comptoirs indiens à Port Louis réjouissent les yeux. De bons restaurants sont à proximité.

Super location dans un charmant village

Nous avons passé un très agréable séjour dans cette maison très confortable, propre et bien équipée. Nous avons particulièrement apprécié la petite cour ensoleillée et les sentiers à proximité.
