2 bedroom apartment with large balcony in the heart of Courchevel Village. Next to shops, bars, restaurants and five minutes walk from the ski lifts. Great views over surrounding hills with a lovely fire. Private garage.

Courchevel Village: A quiet village offering lower prices and better value restaurants compared to the other villages and is an ideal destination for families. It has a supermarket, patisserie and several bars, restaurants and ski hire shops. There is a great Pizza restaurants across the road which has carry outs, ideal for a quiet night in after a long days skiing.

Getting Around: There is a free Ski bus service which runs every day between the villages of Courchevel until around midnight. The Grangette Gondola between 1550 and 1850 stays open in the evening until approximately 7.30pm.

Nice appartment in a rdally good place, 5 minutes to Grangettew Gondola. Just perfect for a family. Quiet and clean. Communication with Dave and conditions are cool and flow.

Belle semaine au ski en famille

Tres contente de l appartement de Dave qui est très bien. Pas de perte de place. Belle vue avec le balcon. Le lieu est assez calme et proche des commerces et des remontées. Dave est très rapide pour nous repondre et vraiment tres bon contact. Il faudrait juste prévoir un peu plus de vaisselles pour cuisiner et manger. Nous reviendrons avec plaisir. Vacances au ski

Appartement très bien situé, au calme, fonctionnel. Courchevel Village plus authentique que 1850, commerces et bars très bien. Semaine de ski sur le domaine des Trois Vallées dans des conditions exceptionnelles. On reviendra l'année prochaine !

Un appartement qui pourrait être vraiment agréable

L'appartement n'était malheureusement pas propre à notre arrivée. Le propriétaire a mandaté une personne pour venir refaire le ménage mais ce n'était pas la hauteur de ce que nous attendions par ex les tiroirs sous les lits n'étaient pas nettoyés, (impossible de ranger du linge dedans) le ménage sous le lit et également derrière la banquette que nous avons déplacée pour récupérer un gant tombé ne l'était pas également. Nous avons même relaver certains draps qui ne semblaient pas vraiment propres. Heureusement l'appartement est pourvu d'une machine à laver. Grosse déception donc concernant la propreté y compris concernant la vaisselle : une casserole non lavée et sur laquelle des traces étaient irrécupérables ( le propriétaire l'a fait changer). Nous avons fait des photos qui atteste que le ménage n'était pas bien fait et nous les avons envoyées au propriétaire qui, bien que n'étant pas sur place, a toujours répondu à nos mails. Nous l'en remercions. L'emplacement de l'appartement est top. Dommage que cet appartement ne soit pas bien entretenu car il pourrait être vraiment sympa !

Dear Line, thank you for your comments and I apologise you were unhappy with aspects of your stay. I am disappointed as this is my first poor review since I started renting in 2004. You emailed me late on your arrival day to thank me for the presents and voice your concerns. I replied and arranged for a further clean the next day. The photos you sent showed dust from behind drawers and a bench, however I schedule regular, deep cleans during the season. The previous guests had burned the pan, placed it at the back and we missed it, this was replaced the next day. I am surprised at your comments regarding the linen, all the linen is professionally washed and ironed, however if you were not happy and had advised me, I would have replaced it the next day when we visited. As you say I responded to your requests for further information and when you voiced your concerns. I try to make my guests visits very enjoyable with advanced information, presents and help when required. Most of my bookings are returning guests, some have visited for more than ten years. Dave

Appartement confortable au cœur de Courchevel village

L’appartement de Dave est confortable et fonctionnel, et parfaitement situé dans Courchevel village : 2 min de marche de la télécabine des Grangettes ou du télésiège des Tovets, proche des commerces. L’appartement bénéficie d’une terrasse prolongée d’un balcon qui en fait le tour, vue sur les montagnes et les chalets alentours. Nous avons passé une excellente semaine et Dave a toujours été très réactif et à l’écoute de nos questions. Accueil chaleureux avec quelques cadeaux de bienvenue ! Nous recommandons !

Great apartment with really good location.

Superb views and handy for lifts and lockers. 1550 is a little quiet but it suited us fine. The bedrooms are a little tight but fuctionable. Had problems with the tv signal but as we had WiFi all was fine. Very tight to get in garage with a 4x4. Worked well with 4 people and had what we needed.

LOVELY APPARTMENT

This apartment deserves 5 stars due to its location, comfort, facilities and relative quietness in 1550. Kitchen well appointed and log burner is a cosy addition. Have had 2 superb holidays even sunbathing on the balcony in January! Ski hire, Grangettes lift, ski lockers, supermarket and restaurants all within easy walking distance. The new Aquamotion is just 10 minute walk! Secure garage a great bonus. We've already booked for 2018!! Thanks Dave.

Superb apartment close to ski slopes

We are a family of 2 adults and 2 teenagers. This apartment is very comfortable,well equipped and situated just a short walk from the slopes. The owner provided us with excellent information prior to our stay. We would highly recommend and hope to return again ourselves very soon.

Great apartment!

Lovely, homely apartment with everything you could need. Owner gives good instructions and advice and responds immeadiately to any queries. Secure parking in block. Easy walking distance to Tovet -hiring ski locker at owners suggestion made this even better. Will definitely try to rebook next year.

Lovely apartment in a great location

This apartment is well appointed, clean and comfortable. It is in a great location just a few minutes walk from Les Grangettes gondola which takes you straight up to 1850 and the main lifts into Les Trois Vallees ski area. It's also very close to the ski bus stop, the ski hire shops and the supermarket and boulangerie. It is possible to ski back at lunch time and still have a good day on the slopes. Having Wifi in the apartment was an enormous asset. The views are also lovely. The owners have been extremely helpful and responsive to any queries. Many thanks for a great week. We definitely recommend the property.

Brilliant!

This is a wonderful apartment, well laid out and with everything you could need. Dave made the whole process very easy, providing lots of helpful information, and we would definitely stay here again.
