Maison magnifique avec une vue superbe. Yorgos est très sympa et disponible si besoin pour donner de bons conseils. Nous recommandons vivement !

C'est une très belle propriété , bien située, offrant une vue superbe , sur la mer et au loin l'île de Naxos. Localisée sur les collines au dessus du très joli port de Naoussa (accés en voiture), elle offre le calme , mais aussi la proximité des plages , des restaurants de Naoussa et environs. Le propriétaire très sympathique et accueillant saura vous conseiller pour les meilleures adresses . Cette maison confortable , avec sa magnifique piscine entourée d'oliviers, vous permettra de passer un séjour très agréable dans un calme absolu. Le ménage est fait 3 fois par semaine, linge et serviettes de piscine fournis. Nous recommandons vivement cette adresse. Elisabeth et Norbert

superbe villa avec vue imprenable sur la mer

La villa est superbe avec une vue imprenable sur la mer. Elle est entourée d'oliviers et sa piscine à débordement est très agréable. La terrasse est très bien équipée avec chaises longues, transats, tables. On pourrait rester toute la journée à y flâner au soleil ou à l'ombre ! Le lieu est à la fois beau et très reposant. L'intérieur de la villa est aussi très agréable. La cuisine est très bien équipée, les chambres sont grandes et meublées avec goût. Certaines ouvrent sur la terrasse. Les deux salles de bain sont aussi bien agencées. Serviettes de bain et pour la piscine sont mises à disposition. Durant notre séjour, le ménage a été fait 2 fois et les draps ont été changés 3 fois. Ce qui est très appréciable! Quant à l'environnement, il est exceptionnel : vous bénéficier du calme des hauteurs de l'île et pourtant vous n'êtes qu'à 7 minutes du charmant village de Naoussa. Yorgos le propriétaire a été un hôte parfait : organisé, à l'écoute, de bon conseil. Je ne peux que recommander cette villa, lieu idéal pour passer de très belles vacances et découvrir Paros !

Villa Elea is located in the island of Paros, close to the well-known village of Naoussa. Naoussa is 2,8 km away and the best beaches of the island are a few minutes’ drive from the villa.
It is a unique villa built by a renowned architect in Cycladic spirit with a modern interior design. The villa is positioned on a hill (120 m above sea level), surrounded by 140 olive trees, with one of the best views of the islands: Naxos, Mykonos, Ios, Tinos, Delos, Iraklia, Ikaria, Fourni, etc.
The villa is built over 150 sqm. The surroundings of the villa include a private infinity swimming pool (4,5x12) and large terraces. Accommodation comprises 3 large bedrooms (with king size beds), a small bedroom (with two single beds) and two bathrooms (shower) with WC.
The kitchen is fully equipped. From every room you have an astonishing view and two bedrooms have direct access to the pool deck.
