Great stay. Close to restaurants and things to do. Overall a beautiful home. Our property manager was fantastic. She was prompt with answers and a joyful personality. Although we were informed of maintenance times and dates, it would be beneficial to have a list of reminders. I.e. when the pool is serviced, lawn maintenance, garbage removal.

The property did not disappoint. We utilized the pool and hot tub daily and truly enjoyed the house. Mike is a great super host communicator and Sonja was a great property manager. She made sure we were welcomed and comfortable with all the technology and pool operation. Thanks for a great two week vacation for my family!!!!

The house was beautiful, and had everything we needed. The kitchen was more than well-equipped, and things were easy to find. We had some questions about how to use the spa, and the property manager took the time to explain everything to us. The location was great for us--it was easy to get into Fort Myers and out to the beach on Captiva. Would definitely recommend and book again.

Great Christmas Family Getaway!

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at this property! The house was perfect for us and our adult children as we had plenty of common space to enjoy time together and each of them had their own private space as well. The owner and property manager were great to work with and helped to make our Christmas trip merry!

Lovel VRBO!

Lovely, roomy VRBO with pool and many things that made our stay lovelier (bikes, golf clubs, fishing poles). Location was so-so; one needed a car and most sights were ~30 mins away, but the house itself was great, and we drove to many nice sights.

Great place for a family with small children

The house was exactly as listed, great place for a couple families with small children. The private walk out pool was a life saver. Nice quiet neighborhood. Only a short drive to fort Myers and other attractions. We would come back again.

Great time!! Will stay here again if we get the chance

We were here for only 5 nights and it was great. Michael (the owner) and Heidi (property management) were in contact with us from the very beginning to the end of our stay. Michael provided great information about the house and the area. We found many new places to eat during this stay. I would highly recommend this property for a family stay. Plenty of recreational equipment and the pool was great.

Vacation to visit friends

We decided to visit friends in Fort Myers, but their home was too small for us to stay, so we rented this home. We enjoyed our stay at the home. The pictures and description are accurate and the house had everything we needed during our stay. It is located in a quiet community, with plenty of restaurants, shopping, and amenities close by.

Wonderful Home

We so enjoyed our stay in this spacious, clean and well maintained home. The kitchen was organized and well stocked. Our grandchildren visited for a few days and thoroughly enjoyed the pool, fishing from the dock and learning to play pool. The house manager Heidi was great to work with. Great vacation property!

Great house!

We'd definitely stay at this house again. It was perfect! Perfect location, great amenities, very well stocked with just about anything you need, and nice and clean. The pool was a hit with the grandkids and the adults sure did enjoy the pool table out on the lanai. Couldn't have asked for anything more!

The photos are accurate, clean and well maintained. Great layout for bigger families or couples.

Property was secure and clean everything you may need was there and in good condition. The only negative is the hot tub on the side of the pool doesn't really function as a hot tub.

Thanks Dan, for your stay and your review. On a side note, we have not advertised our Hot Tub as a Hot Tub for some time. It is there for 2 adults to sit in while the Pool Heater streams Hot water into it and then overflows into the pool. Ideal for colder temps when heating the pool takes longer and requires more energy to heat, while the 2 person tub provides immediate Hot Water comfort. Thanks for your stay. Mike

Wonderful

We had a great time at this villa. The kitchen was beautiful and had every utensil and cooking appliance you would need. Also everything was labeled so they were easily found and returned. The beds were comfy and the bathrooms immaculate. The view outside, the pool, could not have been better. And the property manager, Sonja welcomed us and answered all our questions making our stay that much better.

Great time in Cape Coral

Loved our stay here. The property was in a nice location on the canal. We enjoyed sitting by the canal and fishing some there too. The pool and hot tub had sun and shade so could easily find a spot to relax and swim. The house accommodated our family well. Lots of room! Both owner and property manager were very helpful and communicated promptly. Highly recommend it!

Annual Sibling Trip

Annual sibling trip. House is better than pictures show. Fantastic Kitchen, Heated salt water pool. Quiet neighborhood, great outdoor space, comfortable beds! Host was best we have ever had. Met us at check in an check out. Quick on site response to a little issue we had and had it fixed within an hour!
