The Coral Casa is the perfect place for a family or large group and it is very kid friendly with its 2 separate master bedrooms, 2 additional bedrooms and 3.5 bathrooms. Two of the bedrooms upstairs have beautiful waterfall views and the two master bedrooms share a large lanai.

We have just installed a new outdoor playset in the home's private backyard! Your kids will love it!

We also have made significant upgrades to the house such as replacing all flooring, installing ceiling fans and recessed lighting.
We’ve also installed new stainless steel appliances and gorgeous new white countertops in the kitchen and laundry area. The house is fully furnished beautifully and beachy and we have made it as comfortable and welcoming as we can. The kitchen is spacious and is fully-stocked. There is a large game room with a brand new ping pong table, foosball table and other games for the kids and adults. There are two outdoor spaces with eating areas and a BBQ, and lots of grass for the kids to run around. We have gear for you to take to the beach (towels, chairs, boogie boards, cooler and snorkel equipment). Additionally, our goal is to make this house as kid friendly as possible, as we know how many items parents must drag along when traveling with small children. We have a pack-n-play, a high chair, ride on toys, a stroller, and kids toys and books.

The location is a prime spot in Princeville, just a short five minute walk away to the entrance of Queen's Bath, about a 10 minute walk to the St. Regis Hotel, and a short drive to the world famous beaches of the North Shore! Be our guest!

Perfection!

I almost feel emotional thinking about it! What an absolutely beautiful, perfect home to stay - in such a beautiful setting. So nice having anything we need right there from bikes to boogie boards to snorkeling gear to washer and dryer to privacy for individual families for rest. Also, Tammy was wonderful with communication. Email, text when we thought we lost something she was right on it. I think we all want to move in! We all felt at home. Perfection!

Absolutely Amazing

This beautiful, comfortable, well-stocked home, in a nice neighborhood, close to several beaches and stores was a fabulous place for our family to stay on our vacation to Kauai. Tammy is a wonderful host--kind, understanding, flexible, and responsive. We felt so much at home in her home that we hated to leave.

Perfect for Us

This is a wonderful property. It was perfect for our family of 2 old people, 4 middle aged, 2 young adults, and 2 kids. Nice and roomy. Great location. Wouldn't change anything.

The Olsons live in Kauai, with their two young boys and baby daughter. A love for adventure and travel led to purchasing this vacation home on this gorgeous island in 2014. This listing is new and we are determined to meet and exceed all of our guests expectations! As an avid surfer, Mike loves the warm water that the island offers and of course the spectacular waves on the North Shore. Princeville offers lush greenery and spacious outdoor areas for their two young boys to run wild. Mike and Tammy were married in Fiji, honeymooned in South Africa and now love calling Kauai their home.

Why they chose this property

We fell in love with this house upon first glance. With young children, the spaciousness (3,200 square feet) is what initially drew us to the property. We wanted to visit our second home and not feel cramped as we had when we stayed in hotels or small condos. This property allows us to spread out with 4 bedrooms (2 master bedrooms) and 3.5 baths. The great room gives our children ample space to play during a rainy afternoon on the island and the large yard gives them grassy space to run and play outside. Two of the bedrooms upstairs have beautiful waterfall views and the two master bedrooms share a large lanai.

Additionally, the house is just steps away from Queens Bath, one of the most beautiful spots on the North Shore where you may see honu (turtles) swimming. It is also about a 10 minute walk from the beautiful St. Regis hotel where you can enjoy stunning sunsets overlooking Hanalei Bay, a gorgeous meal, or cocktails on the patio.

What makes this property unique

This amazing house is just a short 5 minute walk to the Queens Bath entrance, a natural clear water pool separated from the ocean by a lava shelf. It is a must see for many tourists. It is also the closest neighborhood to the stunning St. Regis Hotel in Princeville, where you can take a short walk and enjoy sunset cocktails overlooking gorgeous Hanalei Bay.
