AMAZING LUXURY VILLA SANTA MARGHERITA PULA close to the sea

The large and equipped terrace and the barbecue area are ideal for BBQ, al-fresco dining, an aperitivo or reading a good book, and the additional outdoor shower is an interesting choice after a relaxing day on the beach to mantein the contact with the nature.
Attractions in the local area include the Roman ruins at Nora (and accompanying museum in Pula), the BluFan water park and the Is Molas golf course which hosts the Italian Open every year.
The nearly area is an ideal setting for water sports such as kite surfing, diving, wind surfing or boat charters as well as horse riding and cycling trips or wine and cheese tasting at a local vineyard. There are also free open air concerts in Pula town square several times a week during the summer months.
The beaches in the area are among the best in the Mediterranean and boast silky white sand and clear blue seas. Chia, Nora and Tueredda are some of the best known but there are plenty of other sandy coves to choose from as well.

Wonderful Experience

We stayed at this wonderful wonderful Villa with a total of nine persons (2 families). The host are very nice persons who support with local information. The villa is located about 10min. away from a great supermarket as well as the city of Pula. You will find wonderful beaches is short driving distance. A rental car is recommended. The villa has 3 nice bathrooms and 5 wonderful bedrooms. The master bedroom is on the ground floor. We had a great time making some BBQ as well as enjoying the evening at veranda. The garden shower is perfect after a long day at the beach. I can highly recommend the villa!

Sehr nette Besitzer, Übernahme und Übergabe der Villa funktionierte ohne Probleme und Zeitgerecht. Sehr praktisch sind auch die Warmwasser Gartenduschen. Es war alles vorhanden, auch Sonnenschirme und Sessel für den Strand. Restaurant in unmittelbarer Nähe keines vorhanden.

Fantastic experience in beautiful house and perfect location

We spent 5 nights at this beautiful villa, and we can only highly recommend it. The property is set in a very well kept garden, with nice trees for shade and all the amenities to enjoy open air life, including sofas, lounge chairs, dining tables, barbecue and a fantastic outdoor shower. The house is new, spotless, and tastefully decorated. All possible amenities needed are available, including a fully equipped kitchen, great mattresses and pillows, quality linens, cards for rainy days, chairs and umbrellas for the beach, etc. etc. The location, a pleasant short walk away from the beach, is perfect both in itself, as it is a very quiet area with plenty of trees and ideal for walks, but also strategically positioned close to the best beaches of the South and restaurants or shops. The owners were very friendly and available at all times, and provided a lot of insights and recommendations on activities in the area. Enjoy!

If you are looking for a memorable and relaxing Mediterranean holiday close to the sea with a wide white sandy beach and you want to add to all this comfort a privacy that only a private villa can offer, these are the guarantees offered by the stunning, architect-designed Villa Terra Marique in Santa Margherita Pula.

The 5 Bedroom Villa is conveniently situated, walking distance from the sea, is located in a family friendly private estate in South (email hidden) to Pula wich offers a good choice of excellent restaurants and pizzerie, supermarkets and boutiques.

The size of the Villa is around 200 sqm plus a huge terrace and a great garden.

The ground floor has a spacious living room with 3 comfortable sofa and wide windows opening into the terrace, a relaxing-tv area with dolby surround and tv-sat, dining room, functional and fully furnished kitchen
In the same floor there is one of double bedroom and a bathroom.

You can find the night area on the first floor with the other four double/twin bedrooms with good quality beds and bedding and two bathrooms both equipped by luxury chromo therapy rain shower.

The walled 1000 sqm garden surrounds the Villa with pines.
