Villa Altair is an exclusive residence on two floors a few meters from the sea, with direct access to the beach of Santa Margherita Pula. Ideal place for those wishing to spend a relaxing holiday, it is a corner of paradise in the countryside, an oasis of peace and serenity.
Reserved and elegant, the property is a few minutes drive from Chia, "Italy's most beautiful sea" 2018 and 2019 for Legambiente and Touring Club Italia, and from the city of Pula, already proclaimed “Sardinia's leading destination 2015”.
The strategic location allows the visitor to get to know the wonderful beaches of South Sardinia and is located just a few kilometers from the sites of millennial Sardinian history, such as the Roman port city of Nora, the first founded in Sardinia. Take the binoculars and lean against the low wall that separates you from the sea to observe its ruins, clearly visible on your left, near the Spanish watchtower.
The attention and the unmistakable style of this marvelous residence overlooking the sea is visible in the bedrooms and, in general, in all the interiors, designed to offer the visitor maximum comfort. The exterior of Villa Altair is cared for in every detail. The green lawn allows you to enjoy moments of relax, especially in the evening when the lighting on the driveway and in the courtyard makes the atmosphere of Villa Altair magical. Two deckchairs and a cocktail, to be sipped strictly facing the sea, complete the picture. As you turn of the lights, the wonder continues: in a few other places the stars show themselves in all their brightness. The show in front of the starry vault, nowadays almost totally erased by the lights of the city, is guaranteed. And what about the incredible and spectacular rising of the full moon from the sea?
We wanted to dedicate this house to this magnificent landscape, to be admired with an upturned nose: Altair, one of the brightest stars in the summer sky.

We had a lovely stay - highly recommended

We as a family had a wonderful stay in Pula. The hosts are good communicators and very welcoming. The house was just ideal for our big family (4 kids below 4 years old) and there are a lot of kids toys which can be used and even a SUP for adults if you are not afraid of paddling in the sea. In a five minute walk you can find a lovely beach to relax which is rather empty in October. Be aware that the nearest shopping market is 5 km away. Hiring a taxi or rather a car is highly recommended especially to explore other places (like Chia or Tuerredda).

Pretty house right by the sea

Everything you need for your vacation is available in the house and garden. The house is located outside the town of Pula, which can be reached quickly by car. By bike, the route leads along a busy main road. The most beautiful sandy beaches are just a short distance away. The beach at the house is rocky. Since our stay took place after the school holidays, we were almost alone in the settlement. Therefore it was very quiet which we really enjoyed. We can only recommend the house. Michele was also always available for questions. Many thanks to Luciana and Michele for a wonderful holiday.

Sardinian Paradise at the edge of the sea

We have been looking for the perfect Italian beach vacation for years and have been to many but this is the spectacular spot. The sea-warm, clear, gentle and just through the garden gate. The sound of the sea, day and night-so peaceful. The house is spotless, very charming and also modern. Very well equipped kitchen, outdoor BBQ, outdoor seating, a verandah overlooking the beach. The grounds have flowering trees and shrubs around the house, 4 different colours of vibrant Hibiscus and Oleanders. We cooked at home most nights because the local supermarket had really fresh fish and delicious in season fruits that taste like they were ripened in a garden. Good and surprisingly inexpensive wine also in one of the markets. Host, Michele, was responsive and gracious. We are coming back !

Très bel endroit. La maison les pieds dans l'eau correspond tout à fait au descriptif et est très bien équipée et aménagée. Le propriétaire Michele est particulièrement accueillant et attentif. Nous avons passé 15 jours de rêve entre amis. Encore merci à vous Michèle.

Traumhaus direkt am Meer

Die Bilder haben uns sehr gut gefallen, aber das Haus, der Garten, der direkte meerzugang und die Umgebung waren in Realität noch viel besser. Darüber hinaus sind Luciana + Michele wunderbare Gastgeber und sehr hilfsbereit. Auch die Gegend war genau was wir gesucht hatten. Touristisch nicht überlaufen aber dennoch sehr nah an Pula mit allem was man braucht. Supermarkt, Restaurants, Sehenswürdigkeiten, etc. An dieser Stelle noch mal herzlichen Dank an Luciana + Michele für die tolle Zeit. Kommen gerne wieder!!!

Die Begrüßung durch Michele war herzlich, wir haben alle Informationen zum Haus und Umgebung erhalten. Auch während unseres Aufenthaltes war Michele stets hilfsbereit. Das Haus und das Anwesen lässt keine Wünsche offen, sehr gepflegt und sehr sauber. Ende Mai/ Anfang Juni ist es dort so ruhig. Wir haben das Meer und die Stille genossen. Fazit: sehr empfehlenswert.

Ferienhaus direkt am Meer für wunderschöne erholsame Tage

Wunderbares Ferienhaus direkt am Meer. Wer sich nicht mit den Massen am Strand in der Sonne räkeln möchte, ist hier genau richtig. Der Meerzugang ist ein Traum. Dort hatten wir das Meer für uns alleine - und das in der Haupsaison!!! Beim Schnorcheln gab es auch ein bisschen was zu sehen. Die nahegelegene Ortschaft Pula ist klein und nett mit einigen Restaurants. Ohne Auto nicht zu erreichen, aber das hat uns nicht gestört. Chia lockt mit seinen schönen Stränden und auch ein Besuch der Grotte IL Zuddas lohnt sich. Die Vermieter sind zuverlässig über what's app zu erreichen und sehr bemüht. Die Ausstattung ist sehr mieterfreundlich (selbst im Gartenhaus findet man von Waschmaschine über Fahrräder, Sandspielzeug, Liegen... alles was man braucht). Rundum eine tolle Urlaubswoche. Wir kommen sehr gerne wieder!

Casa sul mare

La casa è come da annuncio ed ha tutto quello che serve per passare una bellissima vacanza. La zona è tranquilla e a pochi km da supermercati e ristoranti, inoltre le spiagge più belle della zona sono vicine a casa! Noi abbiamo approfittato tanto della zona esterna della casa con giardino, barbecue e accesso diretto al mare (necessarie le Scarpette per entrare in acqua visto il fondale sassoso ma ricco di pesci per fare snorkeling sotto casa!!!). Svegliarsi la mattina all’alba e vedere sorgere il sole sul mare direttamente da casa è impagabile! Michele è stato un host super gentile e ha risposto subito ad ogni nostra richiesta. Consiglio vivamente questa casa sul mare!!

Cette maison a dépassé nos attentes. Tout était parfait. L'accueil, la situation, la maison et son jardin, l'accès direct à la mer, les équipements, tout correspond parfaitement à la description, est entretenu et en bon état. Le propriétaire, qui a assuré l'arrivée et le départ, est d'une grande gentillesse et très discret. Nous recommandons vivement cette maison et reviendrons certainement.

Sehr netter Empfang durch unseren sehr freundlichen Gastgeber Michele. Das Haus ist sehr sauber und schön eingerichtet, es ist alles vorhanden was man braucht! Die Lage ist schön ruhig, mitten in einem weiten Areal von vielen Ferienhäusern. Der Zugang zum Meer ist direkt vor dem Haus, hier zwar steinig, aber dennoch gut betretbar, Sandstrände sind in unmittelbarer Umgebung. Zusammengefast super Haus und perfekte Gastgeber! Vielen Dank Luciana und Michele, daß wir in eurem Haus wohnen durften!

Sehr schönes Ferienhaus direkt am Meer mit sehr angenehmen Vermieter.

Es war, wie bereits schon vor zwei Jahren, ein sehr schöner Urlaub in dem netten Ferienhaus. Strandnähe, ein gepflegtes Haus mit vielen Ausstattungsgegenständen und die ruhige Lage, machte unseren Urlaub wieder zu einem unvergesslichen Erlebnis! Luciana und Michele haben uns vor unserer Anreise und während unseres Aufenthaltes immer als nette und freundliche Gastgeber zur Seite gestanden. Wir werden gerne wieder an diesen Ort zurückkommen!

Ruhige Lage und das Meer direkt vor der Tür...was will man mehr

Haben dieses Domizil mit der Maximalbelegung von 8 Personen für 10 Tage gemietet. Die Schlafgelegenheiten sind komfortabel. Jeder Raum ist mit einer separaten Klimaanlage ausgestattet. Die Küche ist für 8 Personen etwas klein, spielt aber keine Rolle, da man in der Umgebung typisch italienisch Essen gehen kann. Das ganze Haus ist modern eingerichtet im Ikea Style. Die Vermieter sind sehr nett und hilfsbereit, geben Tipps und helfen auch bei besonderen Anfragen gerne weiter. Das Beste ist jedoch die Nutzung des Bootes mit dem E-Motor. Damit sind wir sogar bis nach Nora und zurück gekommen und wären auch noch weiter gefahren. Was uns nicht erschlossen hat, ist die Mülltrennung, welche extremer ist als in Deutschland. Einfach den getrennten Müll vor das Tor stellen und die Herren der Müllabfuhr nehmen schon den für den Tag vorgesehenen Müll mit. In allem ein gelungener und erholsamer Urlaub.

Schöner und erholsamen Urlaub

Das Haus hat uns sehr gut gefallen und hat für uns genug Platz (2 Erwachsene+3Kinder) geboten. Die Ausstattung bietet viel Zusätzliches, dass für den Urlaub sehr praktisch ist, bspw. Sonnenschirm und Klappstühle, Luftmatratzen, Bälle, Boot usw.. Die Lage ist sehr schön und ruhig. Der direkte Zugang zum Wasser ist fantastisch. Zusätzlich gibt es im Umkreis von 20 Autominuten mehrere tolle Sandstrände. Zum Einkaufen und Essen gehen sind es etwa 10 Minuten Autofahrt. Insgesamt hatten wir einen sehr schönen und erholsamen Urlaub mit einer schönen Unterkunft.

Paradies am Meer

Wir haben zwei Wochen in dem wunderschönen Haus direkt am Meer verbracht. Aufwachen mit Meeresrauschen! Alles ist sehr gepflegt, sauber und bestens organisiert. Es fehlt an nichts und alles funktionierte hervorragend. Der Vermieter hat sich persönlich um die Schlüsselübergabe gekümmert. Nach einer Woche gab es nochmal frische Bettwäsche und Handtücher - top!!! Die Gegend um Pula ist sehr schön und natürlich, nicht so verbaut und touristisch. Das hat uns sehr gut gefallen! Wir kommen gerne mal wieder! Danke!

Unser Sommerurlaub mit zwei Familien war ein wunderbares Erlebnis!

Die Objektbeschreibung im Internet entsprach voll und ganz der Wirklichkeit und unsere Erwartungen wurden zu 100% erfüllt! Die schöne ruhige Lage mit Blick auf das Meer und die Strandnähe (ca.300m) rundeten unseren Urlaub gelungen ab! Das Haus und die komplette Anlage sind sehr gepflegt! Sandspielsachen, Liegestühle, Sonnenschirme waren in ausreichender Anzahl zur freien Benutzung vorhanden was uns sehr gefreut hat! Wir werden dieses Haus auf jeden Fall weiterempfehlen!
