Appartement ne correspond pas à l'annonce. Les 3 salles de bain indiquées correspondent à 3 wc toilettes mais 1 seule sdb indépendante. L autre salle de douche dans une chambre. L'organisation même à 9 est très compliquée. Le balcon indiqué n existe pas. Toutes les fenêtres sont condamnées par des grilles. L'appartement est pire que vieillissant. Un vrai bric à brac de récupéreration dans un état plus que douteux. Les photos doivent dater de 25 ans ou être photoshopper. C'est malhonnête.

Ideal für Kurztrip in Lissabon für große Gruppen

Große Wohnung mit 5 Schlafzimmern und 2 Bädern mit WC und 1 separaten WC. Schöne große Küche mit guter Ausstattung. Spülmaschine und 2 Waschmaschinen vorhanden. Leider hat die Wohnung keinen Balkon oder Terrasse. Teilweise könnte sie etwas Revovierung bzw. Reparaturen gebrauchen. Der Fernseher sollte mal wieder gewartet werden.Allerdings kann man bei einem kurzen Aufenthalt auch einmal darüber weg sehen. Die Lage ist in einem eher unattraktiven Viertel von Lissabon. Allerdings liegt sie zwischen zwei Metrostationen. Man kommt Recht schnell von dort in die schönen und attraktiven Stadtteile.. Den Flughafen erreicht man mit der roten Linie von dort aus mit Fußmarsch in ca. Einer halben Stunde. In der 4° rua agosto ist ab 7.00 Uhr ein Café, in dem man günstig und guten Kaffe und süße bzw. herzhafte Teilchen bekommt. Wenn man etwas Abstriche macht kann man die Wohnung wirklich empfehlen.

Un bon sejour en groupe

Nous cherchions un grand appartement pour 2 familles (9 personnes) à un prix et une localisation intéressante. L'appartement d'Isabelle nous a plu pour ces raisons. Le contact avec Isabelle a ete facile et elle a repondu a toutes nos questions et meme plus! L'entree dans le logement etait tres pratique, nous avons pu deposer nos valises avant l'heure prevue. L'appartement etait tres propre et parfaitement équipé lorsque l'on est nombreux! Petits bemols : l'insonorisation est tres mauvaise et nous avons dérangé la voisine du dessous, sans avoir ete particulièrement bruyants(bruits de voix et chaises raclant le sol), il faut donc etre vigilant avec les enfants. L'appartement est vieillissant, marques d'humidite et d'usure, mais cela ne nous a pas derangé. Et attention a vos tetes dans la cuisine mansardée. De maniere globale nous avons apprécié cet appartement qui est un bon point de chute pour visiter lisbonne et ses environs.

Property could use some some love to make it special

Location is okay if you can walk, about 30-40 mins to downtown, lots of markets and food choices are close as well as coffee and pastry, Lisbon has a lot of hills so be prepared for some difficult walks unit is entire 3rd floor, elevator, 1 portable A/C unit, many beds and baths in apartment, kitchen is fully stocked with all utensils you would need, separate washer/dryer, full size refrigerator - there was 9 adults and all were comfortable, communication with owner/prop. manager was excellent - able to drop off luggage at 11am and check-in at 2pm as apt. was being cleaned Overall positive experience, whole place could use a new coat of paint and some love/makeover, like new bed sheets/towels, refresh of some dated furniture, etc...for you what we paid it is totally about the value here - recommend overall as long as your not looking for a 5 star property

The only problem we had were that the downstairs neighbors were super grumpy and rude. The apartment was perfect for sleeping a group of 14 young adults!

Great apartement - needs a bit of TLC

Our group of 11 (6 adults, 5 children) had a lovely 1 week stay in Lisbon. The apartment is a really good size - decent sized bedrooms, plenty of beds, seating area enough for all and a big kitchen with 2 dining tables. The kitchen was generously supplied with crockery and there was a dishwasher, 2 fridges, washing machine & dryer. & drying racks Lots of toiletries provided & cleaning stuff Location is good - 10 min walk to metro, local shops, patsseries, restaurants all good. There were many minor issues that need mantenance - broken radiator knobs, thermostat hanging loose on wall, TV screen with lines disrupting viewing, bathroom door on ensuite unable to close, broken chair supports, dishwasher also needs maintenance. It was irritating that there was no way for the window blinds to remain open. This, combined with many missing light bulbs made the appartment very dark despite being on the 3rd floor Otherwise a great place to stay with plenty room for 3 families

bons contacts mail avec la propriétaire les remarques suivantes sont faites pour qu'elles soient prises en compte et que les prochains locataires soient pleinement satisfaits Location effectuée en décembre : 4 radiateurs électriques pour 7 pièces + la salle de bains.... Entretien de certains éléments à revoir : poignées de portes mal fixées, condensation au plafond dans 2 chambres, un matelas où l'on sent les ressorts Cuisine : four ne fonctionne pas, manque un bouton pour la gazinière, lave-vaisselle mal réglé, pas de boutons au lave-linge. Très mauvaise qualité de certains ustensiles de cuisine (casseroles), pas de poêle.

bel appartement

bon accueil des propriétaires. l'appartement est très agréable. l'électroménager devrait peut-être être révisé surtout le sèche linge. mais sans importance pour une semaine les chambre sont grandes et très pratiques. nous avons passé une très bonne semaine. le quartier est calme et a 15 mns du métro Arroios, sur la route deux supermarchés, des boulangers, bouchers etc... les courses en rentrant le soir et au pied de l'appartement une petite épicerie pour l'eau et le lait ou les courses de dernières minutes. donc une organisation facile ce qui nous a permis de bien visiter et de profiter de cette ville bien agréable. merci aux propriétaire de leur confiance.
