The Farm Montegonfoli is located on the ridge of one of the hills of San Gimignano, which dominates much of the surrounding area, giving us a breathtaking view of 360 degrees. The old farmhouse, built between 600 and 700 has been restored with passion and dedication and divided into 6 comfortable apartments, probably the largest in the area, with sizes between 60 and 95 square meters approximately.
The properties are part of a series of houses, forming a small village, and a plot of land of 23 hectares, divided between vineyard produces prestigious grapes such as Vernaccia di San Gimignano and Chianti Classico, olive groves (we have about 900 Olives), fields arable crops (wheat, sunflowers, rape, etc.) and a fantastic woodland in which flows a stream, a place where adults and children love to make short excursions.
