In a renovated old farmhouse dating from 1850, beautiful cottage for 4-5 people, comfortable and well equipped. beautiful terrace and large garden; outdoor games for children.
ideal for visiting bayeux, the landing beaches, caen and bas-norman heritage. 1 hour from Honfleur, 1 hour from Cherbourg, 1 hour and 15 minutes from Mont-St-Michel.
A deposit is required, not exceeding 50% of the amount of a week's rental; payable locally on arrival, cash or French check.

Idyllic

It was so clean , warm, comfortable and well equipped. The beds were so comfortable.. The The hosts were extremely helpful . Wonderful rural location and perfect for exploring the Normandy coast and its history.

Fabulous property and hosts

We had a wonderful two weeks in this property with the lovely owners on hand to provide a bakery order every morning and help with places to visit. The property was clean and well equipped which was great because we didn’t always eat out. The gite is in a great location for visiting WW2 museums, cemeteries and beaches and there are plenty of other things to do besides. We would definitely recommend this property.

We enjoyed our stay in this very spacious, clean and well-decorated home including a private patio and a fireplace in the living room. It was perfect for two couples or singles with separate bedrooms and a good kitchen. We enjoyed the solitude and quiet of the location in the country and a good location to explore Normandy by car which is necessary. Our host and hostess were very welcoming and we recommend this to others.

Ruhe in schöner Umgebung auf dem Land

+ Haus entsprechend Inserat, ruhige Lage + sehr sauber, sehr geschmackvoll eingerichtet, uns hat nichts gefehlt, auch in der Küche nicht + Kontakt zu den auf dem sehr weitläufigen Grundstück lebenden Vermietern freundlich, aber wir haben sie nur zu Ankunft/Abfahrt gesehen + Große Wiese auch zum Fußballspielen geeignet Also: perfekt für erholsame Ferien!

Heerlijk verblijf op een mooie, rustige plek.

We hebben genoten van een korte vakantie in deze zeer nette, prachtige en gezellige cottage, waar alles te vinden was wat we nodig hadden en meer! De omgeving is heerlijk rustig en toch zit je op een prima plek om gemakkelijk alle D-Day highlights en stranden te ontdekken. De gastvrouw en gastheer zijn heel vriendelijk en behulpzaam en verzorgen ook een lekker ontbijt in het grote huis ernaast of je kunt allerlei broodjes bestellen, die dan 's ochtends aan je deur hangen. Wij vonden het geweldig hier!

Magnifique !

Un très beau coup de cœur sur les gîtes et leurs propriétaires ! L’endroit est très calme, reposant, le gîte est très bien fourni et très propre. Le service du pain devant la porte le matin est un luxe incroyable, qui nous a bien fait plaisir durant notre séjour. La situation géographique est parfaite pour être proche des lieux à visiter concernant le débarquement de Normandie. Dominique et Florence ont été très attentionnés et disponibles durant notre séjour, merci à eux ! Nous recommandons plus que jamais. Au plaisir d’y retourner quand nous reviendrons dans le coin!

Tolle Ferienwohnung

Wunderschöne Ferienwohnung in einem alten landwirtschaftlichen Gebäude in einem kleinen Dorf. Sehr gut ausgestattet. Der Baguetteservice am Morgen lässt den Tag immer gut beginnen. Ein Auto ist nötig, um die Gegend zu erkunden. Gute Straßen, wenig Verkehr. Viel Landschaft und viel Geschichte, leider neben dem Teppich von Bayeux eben auch der 2. Weltkrieg.

Une excellente location dans un environnement reposant

Ce gîte est très bien situé près des plages du Débarquement. Bien équipé, joliment décoré, il est très confortable pour 4 personnes. Nous avons particulièrement apprécié l'accueil chaleureux et la disponibilité des propriétaires. La terrasse et le grand jardin sont également très agréables. Nous le recommandons sans aucune hésitation.
