Regarding the ants: the house is surrounded by a lovely, tree-filled garden, and as is very common in the South of France, this can sometimes attract a few tiny visitors, especially during the warmer months. We work with a professional pest control company that regularly treats the property, and Sandrine — who takes great care of the house and the well-being of our guests — is always available to provide appropriate products and remind guests of a few simple practices to avoid attracting them. We do everything we can to ensure each guest enjoys a wonderful stay in this truly special place. We hope to have the pleasure of welcoming you again very soon.

Merci pour votre avis. La maison est effectivement très bien placée sur les hauteurs de Golf Juan ce qui nous permet d’avoir une magnifique vue mer. Il est très facile d'aller à Vallauris (10 min à pied) pour accéder à tous les commerces et aux ateliers et boutiques d’artisanat local autour de la céramique. Il est également facile d’aller à Golf Juan pour aller à la plage, au port et accéder aux commerces, restaurant, activités sportives, boutiques, etc. Golf Juan est à 5 min en voiture et 10 min à pied en descendant et 15 min à pied en remontant à la maison. Pour plus de commodité, nous recommandons effectivement aux voyageurs d’avoir une voiture. C'est notamment important pour aller à Cannes, Juan Les Pins et Antibes. Il faut compter 10-15 min en voiture pour y aller en fonction de la circulation. En ce qui concerne le fonctionnement de l’air conditionné et du four et plus globalement de la maison, nous n’avons généralement heureusement aucun problème avec les voyageurs. Sandrine, la gouvernante de la maison, en qui nous avons toute confiance, prend toujours le temps lorsqu’elle accueille les voyageurs de leur présenter toute la maison. Elle prend soin d’attirer l’attention des voyageurs sur les points importants. Un manuel d’utilisation avec photos et explications est également à disposition des voyageurs pendant tout le séjour et Sandrine reste à la disposition des voyageurs pour toute question complémentaire. Nous sommes navrés que cela n’ait pas fonctionné pour vous. En ce qui concerne les fourmis, vous êtes malheureusement venus une année où la région a été particulièrement touchée par les fourmis. Ce fut heureusement exceptionnel. Afin d’éviter ce type de nuisance, nous avons pris un contrat d’entretien avec une société spécialisée qui intervient régulièrement pour éviter tout risque de retour des fourmis. Nous avons plaisir à prendre soin de la maison et nous sommes heureux de pouvoir offrir chaque année aux voyageurs de nouveaux embellissements pour que leurs séjours soient exceptionnels !

We are delighted that you enjoyed the villa, its comfort, facilities, privileged location with breathtaking views, as well as Sandrine’s attentive support. The 5th bedroom is located in an independent studio, on the ground floor, with a bedroom, bathroom, and small living room. This studio is equipped with two motorized roof windows that allow you to open both the window and shutter sections, ensuring proper ventilation. A fixed window also provides natural light to the living room and another to the bedroom. This space is ideal for guests seeking more independence or for those with reduced mobility. The swimming pool: the displayed rules comply with French safety standards, which are essential to prevent accidents. They are mainly intended to avoid risks related to diving or the use of glass, and to preserve hygiene by preventing animals from swimming or sunscreen oils from permanently damaging the liner. We understand that the list may seem long, but these rules are vital to guarantee everyone’s safety and comfort. The cameras: they are located exclusively outside, in the garden, and are only activated if the alarm is triggered. They are solely a security tool in case of attempted intrusion. The ants: as is common in the South of France, their presence may occasionally be noticed outdoors. We work with a specialized company to minimize this inconvenience and remain attentive to maintaining the property clean and comfortable. We are also pleased that you were able to enjoy your stay without a car, thanks to the train station and ride-hailing services nearby.
