Villa
Vincenti and all its shades of blue are cozy and guide the guests to
the back of the villa, where the protagonist is a beautiful swimming pool with solarium, ideal for a relaxing or fun day, allowing the guests to keep their privacy. In addition to the sofas, the gazebo and beach beds, there is a useful barbecue with sink and counter.

The beautiful and charming holiday home, characterized by a noble-like architecture which is typical of Salento, opens into two living rooms,
both furnished with good taste and with a sofa bed for two guests. From
one of the living room, the guests have access to the bright dining
room and fully-equipped kitchen with electric oven, microwave oven and dishwasher.
The sleeping area of the luxury villa with swimming pool for rent for holidays in Puglia, consists of 4 double bedrooms.
One of the double bedroom, which was built recently, has an ensuite
bathroom with shower and Jacuzzi for 2 guests. In this room, it is
possible to add a bunk bed (with extra charge) and make it a four-bed
room. Another ensuite bathroom with shower is covered by refined marble.


The surroundings of Villa Vincenti
Villa Vincenti is in the heart of Southern Salento, a short drive away from the city centres of Ruffano and Taurisano,
as well as Specchia, one of the most beautiful towns in Italy. The
villa is equidistant from the two coasts of Salento, with the beautiful beaches of Torre San Giovanni and Gallipoli on one side and the suggestive cliff of Marina Serra
on the other side, less than 20 kilometers away, for those who wish to
plunge into the blue Ionian sea, in addition to the blue swimming pool.
 
- After reservation, you can fix check-in (from 4pm to 8pm) and check-out (from 8.30 am to 10am). An extra payment of euro 50 is required for late check-in upon request (from 8pm to 12am).
- Upon your arrival you will be required to sign the tourism contract written in Italian language.
- The tourist tax, WHERE APPLICABLE,is not included in the price and will be applied according to the municipal regulations.
- First Bed linen/towels kit included in total price. Mandatory change at euro 10 per person for stays longer than 10 nights (1 change), for stays longer than 17 nights (2 changes) and for stays longer than 24 nights (3 changes).
- Pool available from May to October.
- Extra cleaning fee for pets euro 80 to pay upon arrival.
- It is MANDATORY to sort and dispose the waste. If not, it will be withheld penalty fee of 80 euro for up to 10 kg of waste + 50 euro for each additional kg.
- It is MANDATORY to leave the stove and cutlery clean (service not included in the price of final cleaning). If not, it will be withheld a penalty fee of 40 euro.
