Lovely location but…..

Lovely location but house needs an upgrade, a bit tired and shabby. Glass in main bedroom blown so no view, which was the main selling point to us. Had to walk to a public refuse area 150 metres away to dispose of rubbish, bottles etc as no bins at property. No key to house kitchen entrance door so very insecure leaving valuables in house….had to take every valuable with us when we went out as apartment open via conservatory to beach passers by. Not enough hot water for two shallow baths. Disappointing. Excellent location.

Le plus dur c'est de partir !

Pas de meilleur emplacement. La mer au pied du jardin. Des balades quand on veut, du réveil au coucher, idéal avec des chiens ! Réveillé par le bruit des vagues... Manger dans le jardin face à la mer... Un calme absolu. Une petite maison où rien ne manque. Très bonne literie. Un coin du Finistère magnifique. Et un propriétaire disponible et discret. Merci ! On reviendra !

Perfekte Lage

Wie haben eine tolle Woche im Ferienhaus verbracht. Das Haus ist mit allem ausgestattet, das man braucht. Die Lage unmittelbar hinter der Düne mit Aussicht auf das Meer und die Insel Batz ist einfach herrlich. Zwischen dem Garten und dem Strand verläuft nur der GR34 - perfekt für die Spaziergänge mit unserem Hund.

Klein und fein

Wir haben zwei Wochen erholsamen Urlaub in dem Ferienhaus verbracht. In ruhiger Lage ( wirklich absolut ruhig ) direkt am Strand, mit Blick zur Île de Batz – nachts blinkt der Leuchtturm herüber. Die Wohnung ist zweckmässig möbliert, kein Luxus, aber mit allem notwendigen für die Ferien ausgestattet. Die Schlafzimmer mit guten Betten liegen im Obergeschoss und sind über eine steile Treppe erreichbar (ältere Menschen und Kleinkinder...). Vom kleinen Garten hat man direkten Zugang zum fast einsamen Sandstrand. Morgens ein erfrischendes Bad, mittags ein Spaziergang auf dem Zöllnerpfad und abends den Sonnenuntergang genießen, alles ist möglich. Wer Abwechslung und gute Gastronomie sucht findet diese im nahegelegenen Roscoff und Saint Pol. Der Vermieter wohnt in der Haushälfte nebenan und steht bei Fragen bereit (parler seulement français), hält sich sonst aber dezent zurück. Wir und unser Hund haben uns dort sehr wohl gefühlt und können die Ferienwohnung absolut weiter empfehlen. Gerne wieder!

Au calme, les pieds dans l’eau.

Impossible d’etre plus près de la plage! Parfait pour se reposer et profiter du bord de mer, même si le temps a été parfois maussade. Le gîte est correctement équipé et le propriétaire charmant et disponible.
