About this property

Located in the heart of the city, in a great area, next to the most interesting areas of the city, this elegant studio for two people is the perfect place for who wants to stay in the center of Malaga with friends or couple.

Accommodation, Distribution and Equipment

It is a 25m2 property with large windows overlooking the square and Larios Street.

The sleeping area has a double bed (150cm x 200cm), TV area and reading corner next to one of the balconies. The kitchenette, equipped with a fridge, microwave and hobhas a second balcony where the dining table is, being able to enjoy unique views. The bathroom is equipped with a shower with glass screen.

Equipment and facilities: Elevator, satellite LED TV, high speed WiFi internet, hot and cold air conditioning, microwave oven, ceramic hob, juicer, kettle, coffee maker, toaster, iron and ironing board , hair dryer and laundry area equipped with washer and dryer.

Location

Placed in a completely renovated historic building, headquarters of the old town hall of Malaga in the second half of the 18th century, it is one of the most representative places of the city. The place where it is located, "The Constitution Square", has been the center of Malaga's life since the time of the reconquest. Formerly known as the Plaza Mayor, it is the most popular square in the city where Calle Larios ends, forming the most central part of the capital of Malaga.

Bullfights have been held in this square, the main religious, cultural, political and citizen events of the last five centuries have been experienced. Events such as the Malaga fair or Holy Week take center stage in this square, this enclave being the most important in both events.

Location great

Location was fantastic. Cleanliness let it down sadly. Shower and kitchen sink need sorting. All that forgotten when see location. Pleas fix little things.

Superb view and apartment

Stunning view and apartment in superb location , pot lights above bathroom sink (all blk marble )were burned out , or electrical issues , so very dark , cleanliness could be improved, and also a Nespresso machine would have been nice . Small thing that can easily be rectified. Otherwise based on location and view , we would definitely stay there again:) considering
