We really liked this one!

Spacious apt with room for 8. We had six adults. Location was right for the city...close to everything. Baths and kitchen we're solid! Beds were comfy (critical to our travels). Highly recommend it,!

Some stress, lots of good experiences

The booking was fraught with frustration once everything had to be done directly with SingularStays. Very chaotic and contradictory messaging with various reps. Vrbo tried to help but Singular was a mess. Upon arrival at the street door to the apartment building, the electronic key system did not work. Fortunately Singular’s office was only a couple of blocks away and a rep there provided some minimal assistance that allowed us to get into the apartment. The electronic entry system continued to be problematic but finally worked. The apartment is excellently located and is spacious enough, but had almost none of the amenities personal hosts have provided in the past. We purchased non-slip shower mats to avoid falls, a shopping cart, and all comestibles. Valencia was wonderful for sightseeing, beachgoing, dining, cultural things and the Turia greenway park. Overall, a pleasant visit to a lovely city but through an agency that needs to step up its service and attention to the client.

Great central apartment

The apartment was perfect for our needs. It is very central, clean, bright and comfortable. We did, however, have 2 issues. The first was that we were told that we could check in at 3pm but when we arrived (at 3pm) the cleaners were there and had literally just started cleaning. They told us to go away and come back in an hour so we had to hang around outside. The second issue was that we had specifically booked this apartment because it mentioned having parking in the building. When we arrived I asked about access to the parking space and was told that I should have pre booked. We then had great difficulty in finding a space nearby for the 2 days that we were there for. Apart from those 2 issues everything else was just what we were looking for.

Lovely stay in Valencia

Excellent location. Very spacious and comfortable. Excellent price. Very welcoming upon arrival Maybe some draws in the bedroomjust a shelf to put some things on. Chopping board in the kitchen. Smell in bedroom and bathroom when windows opened needs to be addressed.

Fijne locatie in fantastische stad.

Mooie, rustige locatie in de binnenstad. Mooi afgewerkt appartement. Goede bereikbaarheid van openbaar vervoer, restaurants, supermarkt en parken Helaas werkte de vaatwasmachine niet. Het plaatse is van alles gedaan om dit op te lossen., waarvoor waardering.
