A modern and well-maintained apartment "Top Floor" with a large sun terrace located 1800 meters from Fontanilla beach and 1600 meters from Conil's historic center.
The area is quiet and pleasant, far from any busy street and about 500 meters away from a large supermarket "ALDI"
The apartment has two bedrooms, one with double bed and bathroom with bath, the other with two single beds and a bathroom with shower
All rooms have air conditioning and Wi-Fi access 100 Mb/s
The living room is large, bright and equipped with a Smart TV and a docking unit with portable speakers so you can play your favorite music that you have in your mobile phone. It also houses a dining area for 6 people, there is also access to a child's chair.

Large lovely sun terrace of over 20 square meters where you can sunbathe and relax. From the terrace between the rooftops you can discern Africa's silhouette really clear days. The terrace is equipped with a dining area for six people, the chairs can also be used as sunbeds. The terrace is sunny from early morning to evening.
There is also a swimming pool and a children's pool ideal for families with children as the pool area is fenced and The pool is open from 11:00 to 14:00 and from 17:00 to 22:00 from April 15 until October 15., next to the pool there is also a small playground for the little ones.
For the slightly larger there is paddle tennis.
From the garage (location no. 12) in the house you can take the lift directly to the apartment quickly and comfortably.

Very clean and well appointed property. Lovely sun terrace with a really useful awning. Host very accommodating with our late arrival time. Super location for walking around Conil.

Apartment is very nice, has a good size for up to 4 pax. All electric devices are "brands" and in very good condition. Terrace is very comfortable. The welcome drink was the cherry on top.

We thought this was a superb apartment . Comfortable and well equipped. The view from the sunny balcony was lovely. It was quiet as it's on the outskirts of town but within walking distance of shops and restaurants.

Great Location in quiet location on the edge of town
Perfect for a relaxing holiday. Apartment has absolutely everything you could possibly think of. Good garage parking very close to the lift taking you right to your door. Marvellous
Thank you so much for our wonderful vacation! It was such a peaceful and beautiful spot. We loved sitting on the Penthouse porch and looking out over the beautiful ocean views. Day or night it was breathtaking and relaxing. Your location is SO convenient as a base camp for the area. Not only was it easy to get in and out it has its own parking spot and was super close to multiple grocery options. My wife and I enjoyed taking day trips to Jerez, Cadiz, Tariffa, Vejer, Medina Sidonia and Bealo Claudia and/or walks around the neighborhoods and beaches of Conil. We had everything we needed to cook dinners and relax with a Sunset bottle of wine. The pool was not heated but looked so enticing. The beds were all so comfy and the house is so clean and had everything we could want! Thanks so much, we hope to visit again!

Five years went by and still same exceptional experience . Apartment is spotless clean, quiet , bright and top notch. Everything works perfectly, including the AC and appliances and the terrace is very nice . It is located in the outskirts of Conil. You can walk in around 25 minutes to the city center or beach /or drive in around 10 minutes. The el
Palmar beach is even closer. Convenient to many Supermarkets within walking distance. Robert was always prompt to answer and Carmen was excellent as well. Thank you for everything, and I hope that we can see each other in the future when we return to Conil.

Apartamento como nuevo y bien decorado, la terraza una pasada... la ubicación a 20 minutos del centro y las playas a 20 minutos en coche, para elegir....
Un buen apartamento, en una zona tranquila y bien comunicada.
La urbanización moderna y bien equipada se agradece.
El apartamento limpio, muy bien equipado y muy amplio para la familia no se le puede poner pegas.
Una cocina amplia y super equipada te permite cocinar agusto si lo deseas.
Una enorme terraza para disfrutar de noche con tranquilidad, el calor de Cádiz lo hace difícil en pleno verano aunque tiene un muy buen toldo protector y el mobiliario también lo facilita.
Gracias a Carmen que estuvo muy pendiente de nosotros, aunque no necesitamos nada más para disfrutar del apartamento.

Situación inmejorable para salidas a las playas y pueblos de alrededor. Eso sí, el centro a pie queda algo lejos
El alojamiento es genial, tiene más de lo q necesitamos para unas vacaciones. Es nuestro 5º año en Conil y es la mejor ubicación con diferencia. Muy cerca del centro (10-15 min a pie) y a la vez súper tranquilo.
El salón y la terraza dan a la piscina y el resto de habitaciones y cocina dan al campo. (Tranquilidad absoluta)
Cuando llegamos el ático estaba súper limpio y todo el perfecto estado. Las camas súper cómodas todas!
Nos pusimos en contacto con Robert para contratar el alojamiento y una vez en Conil con quien tratamos es con Carmen. Un 10 de mujer, siempre dispuesta a ayudar!

Fantastisch appartement op 15 minuten lopen van Conil centrum
Schoon, ruim appartement, eigen parkeergelegenheid, fijn terras, goed uitgeruste keuken en lekkere bedden! Op loopafstand van het centrum, om de hoek bij supermarkt en uitvalswegen. Zeer fijne communicatie met de eigenaar! We hebben een heerlijke vakantie gehad!!

Hello, My name is Robert and I am the owner of the apartment. I was born in Madrid, but I was only a few months old when I moved to Sweden where I have lived all my life. In my entire professional career I have been working in the media industry. I live just outside Stockholm. My parents moved to Novo Sancti Petri along the Gulf of Cadiz three years ago, which gave me the opportunity to get to know the area better. During a visit to Conil de la frontera, I fell for the city and its people, streets, squares, large cornfields and its proximity to the sea. When I by chance had the opportunity to see the apartment I fell in love with it instantly. I've always had a dream to one day return to my native Spain, where I as a young man spent many of my summers. This apartment is the first step towards that dream.
Why they chose this property
I grew up in Sweden, a country where light is important. It is very dark in Sweden in the winter months and there are not many sun hours. In this apartment I definitely found the light as it is located at the top of the house. Its airy and bright surfaces were a big reason why I signed the contract. At the front of the apartment one can see a glimpse of the sea and at the back there are large lovely cornfields and mountains in the distance. There is nothing in the apartment that prevents the light from looking in.
What makes this property unique
The house is situated in a quiet area, but close to everything; a large supermarket about 500 meters away, the sea about 1 800 m away and Conil's center about 1300 meters away. To the apartment belongs a garage under the house and from there you can take the elevator up to the apartment. It is very handy if you have heavy bags to carry. The house is modern and of high standard. All of the rooms in the apartment are equipped with air conditioning. There is also a large sun terrace with the option to sit outside and enjoy the nice weather.
