Our villa is a brand new villa, recently built, in the beautiful village of Agioi Pantes in Apokoronas of Chania.
Blending the amazing view with the luxury and the exquisite architectural design, The villa offers a unique experience of relaxation in the embrace of the Cretan nature.
The combined use of high quality natural materials (wood, stone, iron, marble) both in the construction and furnishing of the house make this accommodation really unique!
Entering the house from its back side, you get on the middle level where you will find two twin bedrooms, one bathroom and the impressive pool of the villa.
The pool starts from that level, passes through the house and ends outdoors. This means that those bedrooms offer a direct access to the pool. Access to the pool offers also a stone path starting from the main entrance at the back side and ending to the pool at the front side. At the pool area there are also enough sun loungers and an outdoor shower, as also the pool has a ladder for easy access.
One of two bedrooms can comfortably accommodate elder or disabled people, and the bathroom is especially designed for such cases. First-aid kit is located in this bathroom
Descending the stairs to the lower level, there is the third and fourth bedroom with double beds and en-suite bathrooms. All beds have COCOMAT mattresses and patios with wonderful views. In the bedrooms can be accommodated 8 persons.
In order to get to the upper level, you ascend an iron-wooden staircase. In the case of an elder or disabled person, as mentioned later, there is a moving-ramp at the one side of the staircase, so the person can reach the upper level in safety.
Here, you will find a really comfortable modern kitchen made of Swedish wood and a dining table. The kitchen is fully equipped, offering anything you may need! You will also find a wine preserver!
On the same level, there is the sitting room. It is a cozy, beautifully decorated space, with a comfortable deluxe mattress sofa-bed which can host 2 more guests. In the same room, there is a big desk, which turns into a closet, in case 2 more persons sleep in this room.
All the indoor spaces have large windows so the house is sunny all day long and you can enjoy wonderful views of unique beauty. Especially the wooden deck over the pool gives access to a spectacular scene, a trademark of the Cretan nature. You can enjoy also your breakfast or dinner by the pool in a shaded dining area features a wood-burning stove.
