Villa Thea was built in 2005 with the aim of creating a peaceful paradise for all. With an open plan living area you'll have lots of space to relax and catch up with friends while enjoying a gorgeous view of the sea. The kitchen and dining room are designed to create an inclusive ambience where you can have family dinners and romantic meals in. Leading out onto the terrace is a set of outdoor sofas where you can look at the spectacular gardens and have a cheeky glass of wine! Want to sit by the pool? Villa Thea has provided a set of 8 sunbeds to accommodate guests, all with adjustable backs to create a comfortable position to watch the world go by.

The first floor of the villa has a terrace with table and chairs, the perfect location for breakfast while enjoying a view of the sea and breathtaking mountains. The master bedroom is a modern take on a traditional honeymoon suite, with a King sized bed and en-suite it's ideal for a little private time for any couple.

Sleeping 8 people this villa has it all, whether it's a family holiday, friends getaway or a couples retreat, Villa Thea can accommodate for all travellers.

The property was clean, not too far from Almyrida beach (car needed), near to food shops and restaurants. Villa manager easily contactable and ready to assist if required. Good pool, great views and a very relaxing place to stay.

Wundervolle Ferienvilla

Eine wundervolle Villa mit traumhafter Lage. Wie in den anderen Bewertungen geschrieben, von der Kontaktaufnahme, über den Check In, die Ausstattung der Villa alles bestens. Wer einen ruhigen Platz mit tollem Ausblick zum Entspannen sucht, wird hier glücklich. Fußläufig gibt es im Zentrum von Plaka 3 empfehlenswerte Restaurants und 2 kleine Supermärkte. Somit ist für jeden etwas dabei. Danke an die Gastgeberin Tonya. Danke an Carina für den tollen Tip mit dem lokalen Markt in Chania.

Heavenly holiday in delightful house

Everything went really well with the owner from the word go. Really helpful communication. And the house and the view are superb. We loved our holiday in Villa Thea.

Myself and Ray (my husband) met in Greece many years ago and from that day had a dream of owning our own property. After exploring Zante and Corfu, we took a trip to Crete and fell in love. The culture, views and fantastic history took our breath away and we invested in a plot of land to build Villa Thea.

We created the villa in a modern style that allowed a variety of travellers to enjoy their stay. We are keen to make sure every visitor is satisfied with their stay and encourage strong communication with us if anything is not meeting your expectations. Having owned the villa for 15 years we are experienced in customer service and are always keeping Villa Thea in top shape for our guests.

Why they chose this property

We chose this plot of land due to the breath taking views and quiet location. As a family of four we thought it was important to include all the amenities that are within the villa as well as enough space for everyone to have a fantastic holiday.

What makes this property unique

One of our favourite features of Villa Thea is the infinity pool, you really can gaze for hours and not be bored with the sea and mountain views. With a large drive way this allows multiple vehicles to fit comfortably within the gated property.
