About this property

Directly on the golf course of Altea you will find our comfortable in 2016 fully renovated bungalow (65m2). The bungalow is at one site atteched to another bungalow. You enter through the park and the large (35m2) terrace through the sliding doors. The living room is spacious and has TV with ability to stream and Wi-Fi. Through the living room you enter the kitchen, including a dishwasher. The bedroom with good bed and plenty of closet space is located on the terrace side. The bathroom with toilet has a walk in shower, washing machine and dryer. In the vicinity are beaches, restaurants and shops.

Heerlijk verblijf

Het appartement was heerlijk, gezellig ingericht, compleet en erg comfortabel. En, niet onbelangrijk, met een goed bed. Het ligt in een rustige omgeving. Een aanrader dus!!

Hi, I life with my wife Noushka in Heemstede - Holland. I work as a taxconsultant for the owners of small companies.
We have two sons who are not living at home anymore.
I was born in Amsterdam and used to travel a lot.
We fell in love with Altea la Vella and decided to buy a property. here in a green resort near the golf of Don Cayo. As the beaches and the facilities are near we think it is a great place to relax and enjoy yourself. There is fast internet so I can also work from this place.

Why they chose this property

First we thought the area should be pretty so we would immediately get a holiday feeling. Further on we wanted a place on ground level. In this resort the garden is lovely and the views on the hills are beautiful. The beaches are nearby but there is less traffic and the air is healthy. Futher more the facilities (shops, restaurants) are all quite near. For those who love to play golf is there a 9 hole golfcourse in front of the resort.

What makes this property unique

The apartment which feels like a bungalow has a view on the hills and the pool of the resort is just a 1 minute walk. Inside it has a spanish feeling due to the archtecture and the original, hand made tiles on the floor. There is enough light from outside due to large slide doors in the living and the bedroom.
