Relaxing getaway

This property is in the middle of an olive grove and is quiet and relaxing. The table in the back was cool and breezy in the morning and evening. The beds/pillows were comfy. The AC kept the place cool, though the bedrooms needed a fan as well. The kitchen is quite compact but had everything we needed. It was a lovely place to relax and come back to after exploring nearby towns of Ostuni, Lecce, etc. We loved the nearby beach area at Torre Guaceto Nature Reserve. Thank you so much!

Nice holiday house

The house was very nicely decorated, comfortable, spacious, well equipped. Close to nice beaches and sightseeing hot spots. The only problem was with check in and check out. Check in: you need to be strictly on time (!) And if after 6pm there is an extra charge. Check out was until 9.30. we had to immediately at our arrival choose thetiming, we took 9.30..it would not be a big issue if the owner did not show up at 9 and was waiting in front of the door until we finished packing. Needless to say this was not a very comfortable situation. A pity because the check in/out spoiled oir holiday mood.

If the check out was scheduled for 9.30 it is normal for the owner to arrive at 9.00 and wait for the house check. If you had wanted an extra hour, it would have been enough to request it the day before and we would have gladly granted it. A warm greeting Ilaria

Bel endroit!

Le lieu est très agréable, la maison joliment décorée, entretenue et bien équipée. Parfait pour un séjour en famille à la découverte des Pouilles. La gérante est à l'écoute, bien que nous n'ayons pas eu besoin de la solliciter. Nous ne pouvons que recommander cet endroit.

Tolles Haus in ruhiger Umgebung

Das alte Landhaus ist ruhig gelegen. Sehr geschmackvoll eingerichtet. Viel Platz für 4 Personen. Schönes Außengelände. Es hat an nichts gefehlt. Leider gab es draußen jede Menge Mücken. Der Kontakt zur Argentur war reibungslos und sehr gut.

Maison un peu isolée au milieu des oliviers mais endroit tranquille. La propriétaire est charmante et accueillante. Decoration intérieure bien personnelle avec des bouquets de fleurs, un plateau de figues et des citrons. Relation avec l.agence très bonne A recommander

Schöne Unterkunft mit Platz nach oben

An sich eine schöne Unterkunft. Zumindest im Oktober ist die Luftfeuchtigkeit innen sehr hoch. Somit fühlt sich vieles feucht an und im Bad gibt es einige Schimmelstellen. Die Beschreibung ist nicht ganz korrekt, vor allem zum Strand schafft man es auf keinen Fall in 10min.

Séjour inoubliable!

Masseria magnifique, nous sommes au calme au milieu des oliviers mais en même temps bien situé pour visiter les pouilles. Bien équipé nous avons trouvé tout ce dont nous avions besoin. Nous avons apprécié les petites attentions comme les fruits, les fleurs dans la maison. Literie confortable. Nous avons vraiment aimé notre séjour dans les pouilles!

Familienurlaub zwischen Olivenbäumen

Wir waren mit dem Aufenthalt sehr zufrieden. Die Unterkunft bietet alles was man als Familie für den Aufenthalt braucht. Die Anlage an sich ist super geplegt und es hat genug Platz zum rumtoben der Kinder. Sie liegt etwas außerhalb von San Vito und wer nicht gerne längere Spaziergänge macht sollte das Fahrrad oder Auto dabei haben. In der Stadt selber ist dann alles was man braucht. Strand und Co sind nur mit Auto zu erreichen aber innerhalb 10min ist man am mehr und wer will sogar in 40min an der Westküste von Apulien wo es lange und Tief ins mehr reichende Sandstrände gibt. Allem in allem können wir den Aufenthalt dort empfehlen.

Wunderschöne Unterkunft

Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt in unserer Unterkunft. Es handelt sich um eine Masseria, die in zwei Ferienwohnungen umgebaut wurde. Es ist alles sehr geschmackvoll eingerichtet und es fehlt an nichts. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Wir kommen gerne wieder.

Sehr schön!

Sehr schönes, traditionelles Objekt ( Gewölbedecken) inmitten von Olivenhainen etwas außerhalb der Stadt. Zum Meer (Traumhafte Strände) mit dem Auto 15 bis 20 Minuten. Haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt! Sauberkeit und Ausstattung perfekt!

Wonderful at Masseria Pagliamonte

Wonderful, old masseria in the countryside, being located in a olive grove. It takes a bit more than 5 min by car to get here from San Vito dei Normanni. Excellent communication before arrival in Puglia with the agency. The house was very clean upon arrival. One downside was that the handing over the keys was a bit in the rush, it was difficult to follow the employee of the agency by car, since the employee drove quite fast and the house was difficult to find without address in the first line. This employee was also a bit unfriendly and generally in a rush.

Alles perfekt

Wir hatten einen schönen, erholsamen Aufenthalt. Der Kontakt mit der Agentur und mit der Besitzerin war sehr angenehm. Wir bedanken uns herzlich bei der Agentur, für die keine Mühe zu groß und kein Weg zu weit war. Unser Flug nach Bari war verspätet und so kamen wir erst um 22.30 in der Unterkunft an. Ein Mitarbeiter der Agentur, Gianvito, kam extra, um uns einzuchecken und alles zu zeigen. Sehr freundlich und geduldig. Und das an einem Samstagabend! Die Chefin der Agentur, Ilaria, hat uns zum Frühstück in ihrem Büro eingeladen und uns mit allen möglichen Informationen versorgt, über die besten Strände, Sehenswürdigkeiten, lokale Märkte und vieles mehr. Einfach einmalig, vielen Dank dafür! Die Besitzerin des Hauses hat sich mehrfach erkundigt ob alles in Ordnung wäre. Am Tag der Abreise war sie pünktlich um 06.00 morgens da. Auch an sie, herzlichen Dank!

Casa ben curata, pulita e accogliente, in una zona tranquilla. Sia il personale dell'agenzia e sia la proprietaria sono state molto gentili ed attente ad ogni nostra esigenza. Consiglio di visitare questa zona contornata da bellissime spiagge.

Nous avons très bien accueillis par la propriétaire et par les responsables de l'agence. La ferme est magnifique, une parfaite alliance d'ancien et de moderne. L'atmosphère qui se dégage des lieux est envoûtante. Hauteur sous plafond, arches et voiles contribuent à la sensation de bien être. Les menus problèmes logistiques rencontrés ont été promptement réglés par la propriétaire en coordination avec la responsable de l'agence, qui est toujours restée disponible et diligente et nous a aidés à profiter au maximum de notre séjour. Hautement recommandé !

C'est une Masseria avec plein de charme, de romantisme et de tranquilité

Pour commencer l'agence Puglia est très responsable, elle nous donne beaucoup d'informations et ils ont le souci de rendre le séjour des voyageurs des plus agréables. La propriétaire est à l'écoute de ses hôtes. Après avoir manqué du gaz propane pour la cuisinière, nous avons informé l'Agence Puglia et en-dedans d'une heure, on venait changer la bonbonne de gaz. Un service courtois, on ne pouvait pas demander mieux. La Masseria Pagliamonte est décorée avec beaucoup de goût et de raffinement. Nous recommandons cette Masseria à quiconque voudrait vivre des vacances reposantes. Merci à toute l'équipe, nous n'oublierons jamais nos vacances à la Masseria Pagliamonte. Une seule chose de désagréable, c'est qu'il y avait beaucoup de moustiques.
