Wonderful 2 bedrooms house in the best location; Current 5 minutes walk from Burriana beach. Lots of restaurants and places to visit nearby but distance enough to get rest. Direct access to the pool and gardens. Amazing views from the bedroom.

Bedrooms upstairs with the main bathroom. Living room, kitchen, small bathroom and the terrace that gives access to the pool and gardens are downstairs.
Te location so close to the beach is the biggest point of this house. The pool and gardens give the perfect environment of relax and holidays.

The entire house is for yourexclusive use.

Perfect, nice and calm residential neighborhood very close to the beach and just 10 min walk from the historical center and main touristic attractions. Local restaurants and Andalusian touch. Free parking areas all arouond. No need to use public transportation because everything is on a walk distance.

Not what we expected!

A real shame. We love Nerja and knew the area we booked was a good location. Unfortunately the owner chose not to let us know that the adjoined property was being fully renovated with building works starting at 8am and lasting all day. It Was rubbish, and when I contacted the owner he had nothing to say about it, just ignored the issue we raised. There was also no information in the house acknowledging the roadworks that prevented the obvious access to the main beaches, whilst we knew alternatives having been before others will find it trickier. It’s a shame as the property is quite nice and well located, but we feel a lack of honesty about current status was misleading. A bit of transparency, maybe a reduced fee etc would have made a difference, ignoring the problem and then the customers complaint, means this was a bad holiday experience which I would imagine will be the case for a fair bit longer. I wouldn’t recommend I’m afraid.
