Mirador del Mediterraneo

We offer a pleasant apartment in garden style residence, with a decent size communal pool - and three more pools in whole complex of bungalows.

It is 19 mins walk from famous Villamartin Plaza with a great selection of renown restaurants, bars etc. and 10 mins drive from the beach. There are many other Blue Flag beaches, among them those great for families with kids. It is not far to pink, salty lakes and 20 minutes drive to Mar Menor Lagoon.
You will find mud baths there which makes it one of the most popular destinations among eco tourists. Visiting the baths in the Costa Blanca can be a funny thing but first of all it is one of the most healthiest thing you will do in the region .

There are also shops nearby, good and affordable local restaurants (British and International style) and three superb golf courses nearby: Villamartin, Campoamor and Las Ramblas.
It is only few steps to La Zenia, lively resort of Costa Blanca with its shops and other amenities. This town boasts a fine blue flag beach with great facilities for both families with children, and those looking for water sports. There are similar resorts in the neighbourhood. All area forms part of the coast of Orihuela.
During your stay you can take a trip along the coastal road, visiting the nearby towns of modern Torrevieja or old Murcia, Cartagena and Alicante.
Travelling to or from our property you will notice the sea on one side and salt lakes on the other - as Torrevieja salt is exported around the world.

There is not only great, sunny weather all year round in this region but also exceptionally healthy climate due to a neighbourhood of the sea and salt lakes. Plus healthy Mediterranean diet and other options of food and drink as well as rich offer for those more interested in nightlife & entertainment.

Why they chose this property

It is affordable place, located in nice environment. The loaction is rather quiet although close to all amenities, bars, restauarants, sports and entertainment. Bit further from the seafront so there are no crowds around everyday. Still 10 minutes drive from best beaches of Costa Blanca. There are also fantastic shopping opportunities, real Wild West movies style countryside nearby and monuments of the history in old towns of the region.
Actually - something interesting for everyone.

What makes this property unique

There is a restaurant actually in front of our propert (offering free car park as well) so you really do not have to cook. The place is good class, but still affordable - you can pop in for a pint or a great Spanish coffee. Although quite popular, it is civilized and quiet.
There are few more restaurants nearby - even one Greek (200 yards) offering entertainment frequently.
