About this property

This character rental (half villa) on a plot of 6000m2 combines dry stone, wood and plaster. Facing the sea on the north shore of the Gulf of Valinco, it faces due south. It has 2 terraces, one covered which is oriented on a succession of small capes and one of roof adjoining a large circular room (the top of the tower) from which you will admire the whole gulf.
150 m from the shore (coves and sandy beach) everyone can live at their own pace while enjoying the villa. The place is very residential and very quiet. This rental has private access to the sea.
The interior is organized around the covered terrace, a living area served by the kitchen and the living room. Sized for 6 people with its three bedrooms, it however has an additional bed.

Remarques sur location d'été

Le descriptif de la location est assez précis avec à l'appui différentes photos de la maison . L'atoût majeur de cette maison c'est quelle est située tout prés de la plage et on peut donc s'y rendre à pied . La maison est correctement meublée , bien entourée d'arbres . Le point négatif c'est que lors de notre arrivée la maison , celle-ci n'était pas trés propre . Le propriétaire de la maison est trés acceuillant et était à l'écoute de nos remarques .Il a nous donné quelques "pistes" pour nos visites touristiques . Le séjour fut trés agréable .
