Unit 109 has all new tile flooring, an updated master shower in the ensuite bathroom, and tinted double-pane windows for temperature and sound control. This unit stays shady & cool and has great corner airflow but also has ceiling fans in all rooms and air conditioning in both bedrooms. Amenities include a fully stocked kitchen with modern appliances, flat screen smart HD-TV, and free secure in-unit Wi-Fi. Master Bedroom has a NEW memory-foam King Bed and second bedroom has 2 twin beds which can be converted into a King size bed upon request. Both have ample luggage storage underneath. Our rental office and resident manager are on premises.

The grounds are beautifully kept and the peaceful cove offers fantastic snorkeling, diving, and paddle-boarding. A sparkling heated swimming pool is only steps from your condominium, which adds to the dreamlike atmosphere of this tropical paradise, as do the tiki torches that are lit nightly!

NEW TO VACATION CONDO RENTAL? If you're used to giant hotels with mile-long hallways, you'll find Honokeana Cove a refreshing change. You won't have hotel features like daily maid service, 24 hour desk, restaurant, gym or spa. Instead, you'll enjoy comfortable condos with full kitchen, bath and bedroom(s), perfect for couples, families and groups to relax together. We're not a "party" destination, because we keep quiet hours from 10 pm to 8 am. There are just 38 units in this gated oceanfront property, featuring basking sea turtles and never ending sunsets. We can't wait to welcome you!

Enhanced Cleaning and Disinfection: All Honokeana Cove units are thoroughly cleaned and disinfected before every guest. Housekeepers use EPA hospital-grade disinfectant sprays and cleaning agents with extra attention to all high-touch surfaces. All dishware including plates, bowls, glassware, coffee cups and silverware is washed at high temperature settings. All soft surfaces, including couches, occasional chairs and mattresses are sprayed with a disinfectant to assure cleanliness and safety. Linens and towels are washed with the highest heat temperature and additional drying time, to ensure proper sanitization.

Cancellations and Refunds: Bookings cancelled more than 45 days prior to check-in will receive refund of deposit less $50 cancellation fee. Less than 45 days prior to arrival date, cancellation forfeits the rental amount. However, if health or a personal issue causes you to cancel, contact the rental office. Guests are strongly encouraged to obtain trip insurance for protection from unforeseen circumstances.
