Beautiful condo! It had everything we needed and was clean. There are several restaurants within walking distance. The beach is a short walk across the street. We would definitely stay again.

This is our 3rd year staying at Lookout on the Beach and it continues to be our favorite spot! The property is extremely clean and family friendly with games, movies, and books that came in handy for the rainy days we had! The communication with Steve exceeded expectations from the booking process to the checkout process! We are already looking forward to our next trip there!

This rental was exactly as advertised. The unit was clean, well equipped, and in a great location. The private beach access was just a short walk away and we appreciated that beach chairs and umbrellas were provided. Lots of shops and restaurants are within walking distance making everything very convenient. Communication with the host was easy and prompt. We would definitely consider staying here again in the future.

Nice condo in great location

We loved our spring break stay here. The condo was nice, very clean, and close to the beach. It was also a short walk to coffee shops, restaurants, stores, etc. We spent evenings enjoying the gorgeous view from the balcony!

Great stay

The owners thought of every detail from a notebook of nearby menus to labels on the light switches. The place was immaculate and the location and view were even better. You will not going wrong staying at this property.

Condo was welcoming with amenities to help guest feel at home. Beds were comfortable and having a washer and dryer in the unit is a bonus. Loved the balcony and the ocean views!

We had a great stay at Lookout at the Beach! The owners were responsive and provided all instructions and many other details just in case you need it. They also provided 6 nice beach chairs and two umbrellas which saved us packing space. The walk to the beach was short and easy, lots of places to walk around and get ice cream or food, a green space and amenities such as heated pools, tennis and pickleball courts and shuffleboard too. The condo was beautiful and very clean, it also had very comfortable beds. The water view from the balcony, kitchen and living room were beautiful! We loved the private access to the beaches, no crowds with plenty of space by the water to relax. We would love to come back to this condo in the future!

Great location

This condo was in such a great location. We could walk to ice cream, pizza, coffee, seafood and a deli in 5 minutes. The heated pool and hot tub was awesome at night and the pool was a short walk across the street. Definitely would stay here again!

This condo was extremely clean and well decorated! We loved having king beds in each room and the view of the ocean from the unit was great! Owner was so easy to communicate with and made our trip stress free! Would not hesitate to stay here again!

This property had everything you need! Plenty of space for our group, a beautiful view, lovely pool, walkable location, and very safe, yet lively area! The hosts were very responsive and everything was well kept and in great working condition.

Gorgeous condo, Perfect location

We had a fantastic vacation week at this condo. When we arrived it was immaculate. The owner provided all the details needed for a wonderful stay. This condo is well equipped with everything you need. Very nice beach chairs and umbrellas, fully equipped kitchen, and beautiful bathrooms. It is in the perfect location with a lot to do within walking distance. We can’t wait to stay here again!

Our stay at Lookout on the Beach was excellent. This condo was exceptional. The location was great but the owners attention to detail was exceptional. The info provided, the attention to detail, the comfort, take a book to describe how the owners have decorated and provided every feature you can imagine. Great stay thanks to Steve and Anne.

Great Stay!

We've stayed at Gulf Place Caribbean before, and this unit was much nicer than previous units. The kitchen was well stocked, bathrooms were renovated, beds were high quality and comfortable. They had extras like beach chairs, pool towels, etc. It's a short walk to the beach, which is really the selling point of this area - white sandy beaches are spectacular. We had a wonderful time!

Nice location, good price

Really enjoyed our stay here! Condo was in great location across street from beach & we loved the pool for our son. The condo was good size for us, but the bathrooms were really small & a bit outdated. Could definitely use more hooks in there for suits & towels too. Gulf place has great restaurants so we took advantage of awesome convenience. Overall great stay!

This is our first review with fewer than five stars. While we cannot do anything about the size of the bathroom, we will take a look to see if additional hooks can be added. Perhaps an additional drying rack to the one already in the condo or an additional towel rack. We do take guest comments seriously and have always insisted on making the condo clean, comfortable and convenient. We will continue to do so.

Everything we needed

We had a four night stay with my elderly parents who have stayed at Gulf place probably 20 times over the years. They are a tough crew and tend to complain, but really, no complaints by them during our stay. The view was wonderful and the condo had everything we needed.
